  1. Would be great if the map is updated with Erika's location....... I heard the headbutt tutor is moved to behind the rocket grunt & pidgey near the entrance. Meaning you now must do the pidgey quest first.
  2. Blue is also crowded now, so trying to avoid Red's queue by going into Blue, might ends up being pointless sometimes. I've seen Blue's queue go as high as 800+ before.
  3. And we do know they at least already have most of the Hoenn created, because they already have spawns for the Underwater routes, which is something between the 7th and 8th gym. Sootopolis City, which is the 8th Gym, is also already searchable via the map spawn option on the upper right, it just doesn't have any spawn yet (Magikarp and Gyarados should spawn in the lake in the city) Anyway, what I'm saying is, they already work faster than most other Pokemon MMOs. So just be patient, it won't be long
  4. Changing the "exp required" mechanic, without changing the "exp received" mechanic, would actually make it way too easy to level up. Under current PRO system, you can get 50k-100k exp easily. The highest exp required in official games is 1,250,000. It would take only 15-20 battles at most to level up a Pokemon from lv2 to lv100, even with evolution involved. If anything, the injustice is on those who already has lv100 pokes. So if "exp required" mechanic is being changed, the "exp received" mechanic has to be changed too to compensate/balance it. ......that's assuming they want to think about how to fix this anyway. They might think it's better to leave this as it is, if they think this is too much of a mess to fix.
  5. Re: Available TMs + Tutor Guide (Added Giga Drain Tutor) <r><QUOTE author="Sweggins"><s> </e></QUOTE> Make sure you check the other list of TMs, not the damage-dealing one.<br/> <br/> Although the burn that's the result of using the move does inflict indirect damage, the move itself is categorized as a support move, not a damage move.<br/> (then again, for whatever reason Rock Smash is there as well, even though it deals direct damage.......)</r>
  6. That's exactly why I said it doesn't make any sense - why would our Pokemon lose happiness after helping us? The only approach that's more likely to happen would be to turn Fly into something like the Subway, in that it requires some kind of map/flying machine that takes our pokedollars each time we use Fly. I'm not saying it will happen, but it's still a bigger chance than simply losing happiness, which is much easier to regain.
  7. That's not how chance works, at all. Every instance has its own chance, in this case, every encounter has 5% chance to give you hidden ability. It's like flipping a coin. You flip once, and the chance to get a head is 50%, and you got a head. Then you flip it again, does that mean you WILL get a tail? No, it's still possible to get another head, the chance is still 50% every time you flip a coin. If 5 out of 100 WILL have hidden ability, that's not chance, that's a guarantee
  8. That doesn't make any sense, though.

  10. What's the point of having the same progress on two different servers, anyway? To avoid long queue/crowded server? Both servers have long queue and many players now.......
  11. As a general rule, all Pokemon without gender (examples are Staryu, Magnemite, Porygon) and all male-only Pokemon (examples are Hitmonchan, Tauros) have no egg move. This is because, in the official games, to have an egg that results in the same species as them, they must breed with Ditto, who cannot pass any new move.
  12. With all due respect Integer, I think that this suggestion has some genuine potential to it. Breeding is not a sure fire way of getting a perfect Pokemon and it would make it even more difficult to get that perfect one if the Pokemon that bred to create the egg were "expended" for lack of a better term. Please do take this into consideration because breeding would be awesome to see. If the penalties of breeding to Pokes in this suggestion is too weak in your opinion, maybe think of increasing the risk factor; not only will you lose the two parents but also there would be a steep fare of breeding or obtaining the egg of 150k poke or even more. Also, I need not to mention that this would be a true end game mechanic that could only be used after beating all of the current regions and all of the bosses; beating all of the bosses within the reset period of them all as well or shorter. These are purely suggestions and you may disregard them if you want, but I feel as if the thought should not just be brushed off due to fear of truly epic Pokemon like those created in the main games through breeding. Regards, Kxrizmuh The problem is, it might become too risky/costly to be worth it, making the feature pointless because no one is using it. What's the point in spending time implementing a feature that ends up being unused? It will also eventually lead to a point where it feels like you just want to see breeding for the sake of seeing breeding, because with too many/heavy restriction, even you might not bother using it more than once. (Yet without enough restriction, the game will turn into Bike Simulator 2016) Also, locking it as an endgame feature is actually an even worse idea, because it is the exact thing that will widen the gap between new players and old players. Old players can breed, making even more powerful Pokemon, while new players gets left behind. Not to mention in trades, people will only look for those powerful Pokemon, any less powerful ones owned by the new players become worthless.
  13. Seems like the map is not accessible yet. I was unable to find the path too.
  14. I don't think it's already available to players at the moment.
  15. Thinking about it, perhaps the most likely reason why Shane hasn't respond yet is because he's still trying to figure out how to fix this huge mess. Leveling would be way too easy if he just change the exp required to level up, he needs to consider the exp gained from battles as well.
  16. Scheduled reboots usually always have a notice 10 minutes beforehand, and again 5 minutes beforehand. Also, a scheduled reboot usually lasts only a few seconds, so there's no people saying anything about it. The one without any notice and often cause a commotion is server crash, which happens randomly and thus unpredictable. They can't make a notice for something they can't predict when it will happen. Server crash also may occur during times where the admins/devs are unavailable, which means it can take time before the server gets back up.
  17. I do think this is worth checking, because it seems to be indeed a bug. It has happened before with some Pokemon that clearly should have fainted because they are in no way strong enough to tank my Pokemon's attack. I forgot to take screenshot, but it just recently happened with my lv99 Hardy Nature 19 Atk IV Braviary vs a lv61 Golbat in CC. I calculated it, and the result: 252 Atk Braviary Rock Slide vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Golbat: 316-374 (174.5 - 206.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO There's no way it won't be an OHKO (seriously, the damage is more than 170% at minimum), yet the Golbat survived. And that's with the Golbat having 31 Def & HP IV.
  18. Yes, Burmy cannot evolve yet in PRO, since the staffs haven't program its unique gender-based evolution method. Combee, Woobat, and Sliggoo also cannot evolve yet, each of them also have unique evolution method. Tyrogue can evolve, but iirc, only to Hitmontop, meaning its unique evolution method is also not fully implemented yet.
  19. Re: 1vs6 LV120 Boss Team HACKER! (Vol.13 - VS Lorelei Updated!) <r>I'm surprised you used Tentacruel against Erika, as Talonflame should provide a much easier victory.<br/> <br/> But that's what makes your video interesting, really <E></E><br/> <br/> (by the way, hilariously enough, if you get a really good Larvesta from her, you can also use Volcarona to solo her team the next time you fight her again. The Pokemon she gave to you becomes the exact thing that can solo her team lol)</r>
  20. Thinking about it, the change from Talonflame to Fletchinder in Trainers Valley wasn't a nerf after all, if anything it's a good change, since Fletchinder lacks Brave Bird xD Thank you so much
  21. Many players are NOT willing to waste 100k in Safari Zone for a bad rare poke. (also, to make 100k in 4 hours I'm sure you need access to endgame dungeons......then again I do think players shouldn't attempt to find rare pokes until they finished the story) And as said above, there's no possible logic behind it. I can't think up an answer for why it has to be put behind a cost when the other two aren't.
  22. Arnie said on previous page that it will be fixed later, meaning it was a mistake and is supposed to be 6h as usual. Thank you  A suggestion, maybe add some headbutt spots in Sevault Canyon as well? Especially since it requires membership to go to Sevii Island, I feel like a bit more chance to get the rare headbutt spawn would be nice. Might require adding more trees in the map itself though, I don't think Sevault Canyon has that many trees like Route 2. Or increase the VR spawn chance in Sevault Canyon?
  23. So it seems they nerfed the trees Trainer Valley & Unknown Place. Trees there now have 24h delay instead of 6h, and no more Talonflame in Trainer Valley, only its pre-evo Fletchinder....... Makes me wonder if Sylveon in Unknown Place is also removed. EDIT: the 24h delay was a mistake, as it turns out. Arnie said it will be fixed later.
  24. I see, thanks for the answer
