There are other Pokemon MMOs that have lasted longer and are still active, if anything, their players are the ones who should worry more. In fact, usually, when a fan-made MMO goes down without any clear reason, it's usually because of other things (such as too much hackers, corrupt staffs, or dwindling amount of players), not because it is getting sued. Just look at Ragnarok Online private servers, most of them that goes down, goes down not because of getting sued, but because of what happened within the game itself. Also, Nintendo and TPCi don't seem to want to make an MMO, the existence of fan-made Pokemon MMOs actually help them in a way, they don't have to bother with the players asking for an MMO.

That's base exp yield gained from defeating them, not the leveling rate. Leveling rate should have stayed the same throughout evolution, what changes is the base exp yield. ApplePie is talking about leveling rate, which becomes people's reason to not evolve right away. Either the PRO staff mistook base exp yield as leveling rate, or the different leveling rate in PRO is a custom feature intended to prolong gameplay. Considering what other things the PRO staffs have done, it's more likely the latter.

Your progress on the current server (Red) will remain. You start from the beginning again if you want to play on Blue, however.

Ah, I see. Yeah, that could be a problem.

Staffs already stated only legendaries whose total base stats are 600 or lower will be catchable. Since Mewtwo's total BST is 680, it will not be catchable. I hope we get Regigigas, though. Purely because despite its higher than 600 total BST, it has Slow Start as its ability.

Yeah, this is pretty much the only member only shop. I think they just haven't implement other member only shops & quests.

Not sure if this helps, but Rare Pokemon do tend to be rare in everywhere it spawns (no matter where you look for Shellder, it will always take hours to find one, or another one if you're lucky enough to find one fast). Speaking of locations, many people still believe the existence of "spots", as in, only a few specific grass/water tiles in a map may yield certain Pokemon. That needs to be tested too somehow, as I don't recall seeing any official confirmation that "spots" do exist.

It also depends on the Pokemon's ability, level, and rarity. Being a Shiny also can jack up its price quite a lot. As for your example, an Adamant Dragonite with 31 Attack IV might not going to be sold for 300k if all its other stats have 10 or less IV. Especially if it has Inner Focus instead of Multiscale.

Both Magnezone and Rhyperior are available now. Magnezone is via leveling up in Kanto Power Plant, as for Rhyperior, wild Rhyhorn & Rhydon that hold items, is holding Protector. Might as well add Lucarionite, Aerodactylite, and Altarite there.
