You dont get items back if you lose them in a wild battle from Trick etc. I guess your item was stolen by a Pickpocket Nuzleaf though. That ability was coded just recently and if you hit a pokemon with that ability with a contact move it steals your item.

Hey @PookeBR, that issue is actually already known since about 10 months if I recall correctly. The spawn rotation was deactivated on purpose since there are plans to change the spawns as a whole from the Spawn Editors. Unfortunately here is no ETA for these changes though.

Could it be that you transfered servers? Sets are saved on the server you created it on. So if you created it on Gold for example and transfer to Silver it wont be there but it will be there to be loaded once you transfer back to Gold.
