Its not possible to de-evolve a pokemon. However you can just use the pre-evo-tutor in the daycares to teach it the needed moves.

That would be a very welcoming change I would love to see implemented as an optional setting in the future. Most of the time I have/want to wait a couple minutes after having a bad match-up to not queue into the same person again and sometimes I still get the same person again. +1

You cant use the pokeflute, its simply not coded to be used. Pretty much the same for Fly. You cant use the HM Fly to travel somewhere. However there are transportation systems which pretty much do what Fly does in the original games since you can teleport between most pokecenters. To unlock these ways of transportation you have to do the quests. Ah, so you are using the Android Client then? There should be an option to open the console in the options at the login-screen.

If you are using a laptop try to open the console with FN+F2 and then type test into it.

You dont have to download another client to get access to the test-server. Simply press F2 and type test into the console.
