The limitation to one account could be done in another way. Instead of receiving actual Reroll Tickets you could get the chance to reroll a legendary with an NPC as a potential reward at the 7th day. Considering the newly introduced double-reroll-system that is probably not the best way to change it but thats just an example to show that there are definitely some ways to tweak the system in a better way than it got changed to.

I would suggest to use WIFI instead of mobile data if you arent already. If that doesnt help either you could try a VPN as that should solve your issue.

-1 if changes to the reroll system are considered since adding more and more legendaries while nerfing the amount of reroll tickets a player can get is not thought through well imo.

You have to open the console (F2 on desktop and on the options on mobile) and type clean reg into it. That resets all your settings.

There is no ETA for that as I have already mentioned before.

The next region to be released will be a custom-made one called Astrella. You can actually already see it on the map ingame but there is no ETA for the release. After that the orange islands will be released and after that Unova will be released from what I know.

The Forest Pit spawns are seperated into two parts. You can only get Snivy on the northern grassy area and not on the southern rocky area where you can get Tepig.
