Could it be that you are using mobile data to play the game? The game can have issues while using mobile data, I would suggest to use WIFI or a VPN and see if that fixes your issue.

The Breezy Area is part of the Easter event which already took part from 19/04 - 16/05. The next event should be the summer event which usually opens the Vulcan Island Area, there is no exact date for that yet though. If you want to keep yourself updated with all the different events like Easter, Halloween, Xmas, Summer etc. I would recommend to always keep an eye on the #announcements channel on PRO's official discord.

Excavations are currently disabled just as Dig Spots and Headbutt because of some issues with it. It should be fixed with the next client version from what I know.

@Luckymarki Just for your information. Cross trades between the two different servers are impossible. There is no cooldown or something like that. Try to interact with the mushrooms on the tree stump as that has solved that exact issue you are facing for most players from what I know.

Hey, if you purchase the Double Reroll Service you are able to use the next 10 Rerolls twice but the Reroll Tickets you use to purchase that Service cannot be used to reroll the IVs of a legendary pokemon. You are able to purchase this service for a mysterious ticket or 1.2m pokedollars as well.

You can transfer using the transfer function on the dashboard. Just keep in mind silver is not more stable than gold. If these dont work try to interact with the stone plate at the beginning of the forest area and it should give you a hint. You can also try to interact with the tree stump with a mushroom on it.

From what I have seen that is an issue with certain network companies in Argentinia. Could that be the case for your friend? A solution for now would be to use a VPN as that should fix it.

It looks like your Riolu is not max happiness. Can do type /happy 1 in the chat while the Riolu is on your first party-slot? Max happiness is 255. Also daytime is not from 08:00 - 10:00 but from 10:00 - 20:00. Maybe that was the issue? So I would suggest to raise it to max happiness if it is not already and try it again with a mysterious ticket at the correct time and if it still does not work try to faint your Riolu, close your client and restart it after around 20 seconds. Heal it in a pokecenter and level it up again. That should solve it.

How are you stuck exactly? Can you possibly send a screenshot of the issue? You could try to disable the controller on your keybinding settings if you havent already as well and see if that fixes it.

Your antivirus most likely blocked some files from being dowloaded or extracted. Try to delete all the files, clear your trashbin as well and restart your device. Create an excepetion for PRO on your antivirus while downloading + extracting it again and see if it works after that.
