Unfortnetaly that is an uncommon bug which is already known from what I know. You have to give your Weedle 2 mysterious candies to evolve it into Beedrill again. A mysterious candy will evolve a pokemon even if it is at level 100 as long as it meets the requirements to evolve. You can purchase mysterious candies in all four department stores (Celadon, Goldenrod, Lilycove, Veilstone) for 5k pokedollars, for 2 PvE coins at PvE Coin Masters or for 1 PvP coin at PvP Coin Masters.

Nope, the species clause applies for medium and hard bosses. Only the easy setting doesnt have that rule but they are not worth to do in my opinion.

There was a strategy which used multiple Sharpedos with Speed Boost, Destiny Bond and Protect to get rid of most pokemon fairly easy. However there was a change to rules on medium and hard bosses recently which doesnt allow you to bring the same pokemon more than once to the battle (species clause).

PRO is using Gen7 mechanics which would be SM on Smogon. However there are not that many Gen7 pokemon in the game so far so using XY can also be helpful. While looking at Smogon can be helpful I would still recommend to come up with own movesets/EV-Spreads sometimes because PRO has its own and different meta.

The issue for Rusak47 was that he is using mobile data to play, we fixed it on discord if I am not mistaken. @Moonchyldif you are using mobile data as well, try to use WIFI or a VPN and see if that fixes your issue.

Are you sure it has maximum 255 happiness? You can check with /happy 1-6 in the chat. Also are you sure it was daytime (10:00 - 20:00) when you used the mysterious candy? If it is max happiness and you tried within the correct time try to faint your Riolu, close your client and restart it after around 20 seconds. Heal it in a pokecenter and level it up again. That should solve it.
