I am not able to re-enter the chamber after I got the Gengarite and the Mega Gengar Outfit while other people were just able to re-enter for the challenge to get the IV Reroll as reward. Am I missing something that still needs to be done?

You need a mysterious ticket to access birth island via the mysterious captain. You get mysterious tickets from a succesful world quest.

You can use the reborn bot to get all information on a move.

Its not bugged. Blastoise doesnt learn Dark Pulse via move tutor but via TM.

Suggestion 1: Nice Idea. Most people just type in trade chat again to find that person though anyway. Suggestion 4: What do you mean by that? There already is a PvP ladder for players and for guilds. It is top 10 guilds which get an EXP boost and top 3 guilds with access to guild island. For players its top 25 who get rewarded with PvP Coins and get access to the ladder tournament. The ladder seasons reset every month, you can check the status of those on the Dashboard. Even if it is not listed on the requirement section on the wiki page, I think you need 80 hours of Sinnoh playtime for that boss to appear. I am not 100% sure on this but that is how I remember it. Maybe thats the issue youre facing.

Can confirm that, I am unable to teach Substitute to Shaymin when it should be able to learn it.
