Hey, that is not fully correct. If you cant enter the Chamber for the quests it is usually because you did not beat Umbra in the Dark Realm during the Darkrai quest as that part was optional. You would need re-do the Dark Realm quest and beat Umbra this time, make sure to recruit all pokemon as well because you will need them for the following quest/s. To go back to the Dark Realm you already did correct by beating Horon without letting a pokemon of you faint, now you should able to re-enter Alucards castle where you have to beat him again while having a pokemon with the move Miracle Eye in your party. Doing that will send you back to the Dark Realm.

Can you double-check your caught-data for Gen1 by talking to Professor Oak in Pallet Town? You can also double-check your evolution-data on your Pokedex if you havent already.

1. / 2. Thats a known issue and unfortunately not easy to fix as the old script language is used for these, changing it is rather complicated and could break other things as well but I am sure it will fixed someday in the future. 3. +1 for it but there may be a lot of other things that have higher priority (refer to DEVs to-do list) 4. I dont really mind since I listen to my own music but an optional setting for that would be cool to have for other players.
