So the old lady who's meant to be next to eumi island pc according to walkthrough isn't there - presumably I've spoken to her in the past before... But the next step is to speak to sailor Johnny and then surf with a ground type pokemon- but Johnny is giving a different dialogue to what he's meant to and I still can't surf on the water. Am I missing something stupid or is my quest bugged? Thanks in advance
