If yes, could you please try the following and see if it solves your issue: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the General Support Rules. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once issues like this issue have been resolved. You can also check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord. Hi @Abelgv7 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to assure you that none of your item has been lost. When you start the Heatran Quest, all your Master Ball and Rare Candies gets taken from NPC Buck. In order to get them back, you have to finish the Heatran Quest. In specific, you will be able to get back your rare candies and master ball, by talking with buck, only after you will have defeated the Heatran level 99. If you are interested, the amount of item taken is x1 Master Ball and x17 Rare Candies. Unfortunately we cannot move those items back to you as the quest is intended to work like that, i hope you can understand. Hi @CJGIANNHS I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that in order to obtain the Donator Role on the forum you have to donate to the game. To do that, open the coins shop by clicking the orange bag in the top-right corner of the display and then press GET COINS. Remember that, as a way to thank you for your donation, you will also receive an amount of coins based on the amount of money donated. If you're not interested instead to the Donator role but you're interested only in the coins then you are can obtain them by buying coin capsule from other players through the in-game trade chat or the TRADE ZONE of the server where you play. I would like to inform you that in order to update your client you have to do the following: Delete/Unistall the old client of PRO and delete all the remaining files Download the latest client from PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD Do note that sometimes, if you have a smartphone, a restart of your device may be required in order to install the application. If you're interested to know what has been changed with the new client, here below there is the changelog: [spoiler=Changelog 04.02.2019] - Added several Valentine forms (not catchable yet). - Added Flashlight for dark caves to Coin Shop. - Added Battering Ram for Headbutt replacement in Coin Shop. - All Headbutt scripts/spawns/drops were updated and are easy to update now. - Female versions for Pokemon are in-game now (Damn, Wobbuffet is sexy now). - Most Cherubi spawns were removed due to the Headbutt update. - The Zombie disconnect is hopefully less now. If you still get it, please report it to me. - Detailed Lighting was renamed to Dynamic Lighting and shouldn't be bugged on Android anymore. - In-game weathers in client shouldn't be bugged anymore (Not talking about PVP). - Forms are shown in select menus, evolutions etc. now (the normal sprite was shown before). - A few client fixes and optimizations.
