Could you please tell me if you're still experiencing the login issue?   4. Hi @GehGui I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, i'm sorry to inform you that you cannot reset your account as of now due to the topic being closed. If you'd like to reset your account, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again. The topic can be found here for future reference : ACCOUNT RESET & NAME CHANGE. Nevertheless, as stated in our GAME RULES, you are allowed to have a maximum of 4 accounts. Take note that, if the chance of reset your progress or change name will be available again, there is not an estimated time for when it will happen. As you said that you've tried to delete everything and redownload and it didn't work, do you happen to have a PC where you can download the game from and then move it to your smartphone and install it?   6. Hi @LordSadler I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The server is currently down due to some technical difficulties. We are aware of this issue and it has been forwarded to the relevant parties. Unfortunately, i am unable to give an estimated time as to when the server will be again online. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it goes against the general support rules. An announcement on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD will be made once this issue has been resolved. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord. As this is a known issue, and I can’t offer you much of a fix as of now, I’ll now be locking this thread.

  10. Hi @Ta7esh I would like to inform you that, unfortunately, we have not any official guide about the Thief Quest. However, many players have recorded their gameplay while doing that and they can be really useful as they are complete and contribute to the game. I would like to inform you that, as we have recently announce on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD, the female female versions for Pokemon have been added in game with the latest update. It seems like what you experienced was just a visual bug, however i can assure you that this Pink version of Frillish is just her female form, that is pink even on handheld games. Could you please try the following procedures: Try Alt+Tab Use an Escape Rope Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar Log out, and then back in Close the whole client and start PRO again Let me know if you have been able to solve your issue and if you have any further questions. To teach it to your Skarmory, go to the Celadon Mart at the 3rd Floor and interact with the Counter Tutor. Do note that the cost of the move is 5000 pokedollars.
