Hi @Hangather I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that in order to update your client you have to do the following: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Restart your computer/device Download again the game from HERE It is important to download the game from our website instead of third party websites as the one from third party websites may not be secure/updated. Do note that sometimes, if you have a smartphone, a restart of your device may be required in order to install the application. Hi @Eth4rnal I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It seems like you're playing on a wrong resolution that makes things a bit stretched or put them outside the display. It might be caused by the curve screen of the s7 edge. Could you please try to change the resolution of your smartphone and see if it solves your issue? Also, i would suggest you to try to the following in case you're not able to solve it through resolution change: Delete all the old files or PRO Restart your Phone Download another browser on your smartphone and then try to download again the game from our PRO DOWNLOAD PAGE Please, let me know if you have been able to solve your issue and if you have any further questions. Hi @darkpiece2002 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you as first that you didn't experience any bug, but you simply activated the wrong item. Do note that that BMS/Black Medallion and MS (Membership Medallion) are two different items with two different effects: Black Medallion/BMS : Raises the chance to encounter a Pokémon with its hidden ability as ability from 5% to 25%. Membership Medallion/MS: Active a Membership on your account, which permit you to use the following bonus: 50% experience-gain bonus. 100% increase to the money-yield rate. Membership Exclusive Pokemon and Areas Further info about the membership medallion can be found here: MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS It is also good note that your trainer card will tell you only if you have a membership active, but not a black medallion boost. Also, on the top-left corner of you displayer, when you have a Membership active a red star icon will appear. Instead, using a Black Medallion will make appear a black-item icon, as you can see in your screenshot. Do note that you can obtain a Membership Medallion through the coins shop, by donating, or buying it from other players as well using the in-game trade chat or the FORUM TRADE ZONE of your server. As this is not a bug but you've simply used the wrong item, we cannot refund you of your used poke balls, i'm sorry to disappoint you. Hi @SaGE006 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you as first that when you receive a region-blocked Pokémon you should receive a warn that tell you about that, therefore that is not a scam but the system is developed in a way that you can trade region-locked pokemon. However, if interested and you can provide a evidenmce that the user which you traded with agree with what you say, then i can forward it to our trade moderator that will look into it. Keep in mind that it is always good to pay attention while trading, as warn gets issued and they are important to read. Have a wonderful day !

Hi @soydark I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that in order to take the ticket for the SS Anne you have to head north of Cerulean City and reach route 25. From there, enter Bill house and interact with him. He will ask you to find his book, that you is located under his pillow. After you have given Bill his book, he will reward you with the ticket for the SS Anne that you can use to enter the SS Anne Ship/Boat. Hi @Kefy I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that we've checked the Suspicious Bot and i can assure you there are no errors related to the cooldown. The only thing that may have caused that is that you accidentally pressed spacebar/interact with the NPC due to a mistake. Unfortunately, as there is no issue in the boss, we cannot offer further support about this case, i'm sorry for the inconvenience. Hi @rawside86 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The server is currently down due to some technical difficulties. We are aware of this issue and it has been forwarded to the relevant parties. Unfortunately, i am unable to give an estimated time as to when the servers will be up once again. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it goes against the general support rules. An announcement on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD will be made once this issue has been resolved. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord. As this is a known issue, and I can’t offer you much of a fix as of now, I’ll now be locking this thread.

Hi @TeamRocketBoss I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I was not able to replicate the error and i could teach Flamethrower, through level-up, to my Growlithe without any issue. It is possible that you are experiencing an error that happen sometimes when you try to teach your Pokémon a move or it try to learn it through level up. To fix that, could you please try the following procedure and see if it fixes your error: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Restart your computer/device Download again the game from HERE After you've downloaded again the latest client, please interact with a Move Relearner and pay 2000 pokedollars to teach again the move to your Pokémon You can find the Move Relearner in the following locations: Kanto - Cerulean City; Saffron City; Tutor Heaven Johto - Goldenrod City; Blackthorn City Hoenn - Slateport City marketplace; Sootopolis City Sinnoh - Snowpoint City and Hearthome City Please, let me know if you have been successful in solving your issue and if you have any further questions. However, do note that if any bug on Pokemon Revolution Online would exists and someone would intentionally abuse of that, it would lead to punishments as bug-abusing is strictly forbidden. Quoting our rules: Also, do note that if you should experience someone bug-abusing, or breaking any other rule, you are able to report it by creating a thread in the REPORT CENTER With that said, please do note that the Transit/Ticket Pass is the only legit way to makes your travels free, and you can obtain one by buying it from the ticket-vendors you find in the Goldenrod & Saffron Station and in the Transmat Station at the following prices: 100,000 - 7days 175,000 - 14days 240,000 - 21days 300,000 - 28 days As your question have been answered and information given, i will now close the thread as no further support on the topic is required.
