Hi [uSER=2185484]@LuminusX47[/uSER] I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The server is currently down due to some technical difficulties. We are aware of this issue and it has been forwarded to the relevant parties. Unfortunately, i am unable to give an estimated time as to when the server will be again online. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. An announcement on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD will be made once this issue has been resolved. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord. As this is a known issue, and I can’t offer you much of a fix as of now, I’ll now be locking this thread. Have a wonderful day ! -

Hi @jhaydenite I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that, unfortunately, you cannot transfer servers as of now due to the topic being closed (It was closed on May 1st, 2018) . We are aware of the issues related to the status of the server and i can assure that we are working on fixing them. Also, it's not only silver that experience these issues but even gold, like it happened yesterday. Offering server transfer would not help to solve the issues but would probably make things worse, as offering them would be unfair to the others that asked that in other situations and their requests have been denied. If you would like to transfer servers, you would have to wait until the Admins open the topic again. For future reference, you can find the topic and the requirements here: SERVER TRANSFER TOPIC. Take note that, if the chance of transfer will be available again, there is not an estimated time for when it will happen. You can keep an eye out in the #announcements of our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD for further announcements. Hi @Aishel I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that your Gardevoir has been successfully recovered and it should be in the last slots of your PC. Could you please check that? Unfortunately, if it had any items we cannot recover it as items gets totally deleted after being released and we have no way to prove the items was really held by the Pokémon. Please, in the future remember to use our RESTORE MEGATHREAD if you would like to request our help to recover one of your released Pokémon. Looking forward to your reply, have a wonderful day !

Could you please try the following: Delete all the old files or PRO Restart your Phone Download another browser on your smartphone and then try to download again the game from our PRO DOWNLOAD PAGE If that should not solve your issue, could you please try to download the game on a PC and then move it from the PC to your smartphone? Also, could you please attach a screenshot of the error you're experiencing? Looking forward to your reply, have a wonderful day !

Hi @Plucas1 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that the server have been offline for a short a mount of time, but they are currently online without any issue. Could you please tell me if you're still experiencing the login issue? If you cannot access the game, could you please try to totally reset, your router and internet connection and let me know if it works? If not, please check with the following questions. Hi @GehGui I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, i'm sorry to inform you that you cannot reset your account as of now due to the topic being closed. If you'd like to reset your account, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again. The topic can be found here for future reference : ACCOUNT RESET & NAME CHANGE. Nevertheless, as stated in our GAME RULES, you are allowed to have a maximum of 4 accounts. Take note that, if the chance of reset your progress or change name will be available again, there is not an estimated time for when it will happen. As you said that you've tried to delete everything and redownload and it didn't work, do you happen to have a PC where you can download the game from and then move it to your smartphone and install it? Hi @Ta7esh I would like to inform you that, unfortunately, we have not any official guide about the Thief Quest. However, many players have recorded their gameplay while doing that and they can be really useful as they are complete and contribute to the game.
