Hi @soydark I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that the status page of our website currently works fine, but it just takes a bit to update it self and you may need to refresh the page. if you're interested, we're currentlty updating our website as stated on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD, but there is not an estimated time for when the update will be complete, however we will make an announce on our discord as soon as it will be done. It is also good to note that it's important to stay tuned on discord as detailed announcements will always be posted there as a way to keep the users informed about the server changes, features, updates, maintenances, etc. I hope what said was clarifying, let me know if something is unclear or if you have any further questions. Server crashed when I found somethings

Hi @timestone I would like to apologize for the inconvenience and the situation. Unfortunately, i'm sorry to inform you that we cannot refund you of your lost pokemon/progress as it would be unfair to the other player that accepted the loss of their progress due to crashing, regardless of on our end or theirs, if we restore your pokemon/progress and not their pokemon/money/cooldowns. Please, take your time to read below: We are aware of the issues related to the status of our server, and i can assure you that our Developer is working on a fix and that fixing them is our main priority in this moment, as we understand that frequently disconnections may be frustrating. For, scheduled maintenances, you may check our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD for updates when the server will be going down in order to minimize your losses. As for unannounced crashes, as this one that happened now, please do note that the server is in BETA and we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Nevertheless, in case of long downtimes or numerous issues/crashes on our end, we may issue compensations as a way to apologize. I know it can be frustrating to lose part of your progress, but i hope you can understand why we cannot fulfill your request. Unfortunately i am unable to give you an estimated as for when these issues will be fixed, so please stay tuned on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD for further announcements about the status of the server and let me know if you have any further questions. Hi @Jadil I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It seems like you have already completed the SS Anne part, on your Jadil account, and obtained the HM Cut, which you used to beat the 3rd Gym obtaine the Thunder badge. After you have won the Thunder Badge, head East to Route 11. Here you can talk to a karate expert outside of Diglett's Cave and he will move out the way. Pass the cave in order to reach route 2 and head south entering in the stophouse, make sure to have the caught data of 10 different pokemon and talk with the professor oak's aide to obtain flash. Once you have flash, go back to Cerulean City and head east of Route 9 an continue your adventure. Hi @kuu234 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that the Underground Treasure ROom and the Undeground Ruins are two totally different maps that are not linked. The Underground Ruins is located in the Trainer Valley, which is a map accessible only after meeting the following requirments: Fought Red at Mount Silver. Completed Subway Quest. Caught data of 120 Kanto Pokemon. 38 Evolved Pokemon. Once you meet the requirements, go to the Saffron/Goldenrod Train Station and take the train to reach the Trainer Valley. After you have reached the Trainer Valley, make sure to meet the following requirements and then, once you met them, go south east. Hi @Kentro I'm sorry for the inconvenience. As first, could you please please try the following and see if it solves your issue: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then, if you're on desktop/pc/mac, download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Hi @Mcstick I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that, unfortunately, in order to access the bike path you need a Bike, which you can obtain by paying 60k + a Bike Voucher, which you can obtain by trading a OT Ditto to the NPC in the house next to the Vermilion City Pokecenter. resolved I NEED SOME HELP(repel trick)

Hi @Prasath I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that in order to repel trick Ditto your Pokémon must be level 23 - 27. This because the max level of the other Pokémon is 22, therefore using a Pokémon with a level lower than 23 will make you encounter even all the other Pokémon that can be encountered in that route. To repel trick you can use two different team-setup, here below i'll explain you how both of them works: FIRST METHOD: Put in the first slot any Pokémon with the required level for the Repel trick. IT MUST BE FAINTED/DEAD Put in the second slot a Pokémon with Synchronize Ability of the nature you want, in this case you want Jolly therefore you will need to put a Pokémon with Synchronize Ability and Jolly Nature in the 2nd slot. THE SYNCHRONIZE POKèMON MUST BE ALIVE [spoiler=Method 1] SECOND METHOD: Put your Synchronize Pokémon with the required level fo rthe repel trick in the first slot. IT MUST BE ALIVE. [spoiler=Method 2] After you have setup your team, remember that there is not an estimated amount of repels necessary to make you find the Pokémon you want. It can be 10 repels or 30, as it is based on your luck. Hi @Btacon I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that, unfortunately, you cannot transfer servers as of now due to the topic being closed (It was closed on May 1st, 2018) . Take also note that red/blue servers are now merged into Silver, therefore you cannot transfer your progress between Silver/Gold. If you would like to transfer servers, you would have to wait until the Admins open the topic again. For future reference, you can find the topic and the requirements here: SERVER TRANSFER TOPIC. Take note that, if the chance of transfer will be available again, there is not an estimated time for when it will happen. Hi @BADSora I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunantely, we are unable to de-evolve pokemon due to technical restraints. The only thing we can do is delevelling them or recover if they have been released due to a mistake. Quoting our EVOLUTION & DELEVELING MEGATHREAD: Also, unfortunately i cannot give you another Pokémon as this would be unfair towards all the other players that experienced a similar issue and accepted the fact we do not de-evolve or gift pokemon.
