Hi @Phaise Unfortunately, we're not providing any support for Linux users as of now, but that doesn't mean we wont do that in the future. Although there's no guarantee that we will do that. Basically, it's because our Developer can't use IL2CPP on Linux. We're still looking for a workaround to this as we understand we have a small yet significant player base from Linux as well. I understand your concern, but as of now we can't do much. You'll simply have to wait until a potential Linux client is released in the future. However, there is no estimated time for this and it's not certain that one will ever come out due to technical restraints. Please do note that PRO staff are volunteers and act in their own time. Nevertheless, if you would like to play you can follow this guide made by one of our players: INSTALLATION ON LINUX I'm really sorry for the inconvenience, and hope you can understand. Hi @Stonner I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I checked your account and it seems like you currently have 3 rare candies on your account. Unfortunately, i'm sorry to inform you that if you have collected the said rare candies in different days it is impossible to lose them as even if there would be a crash that would involve a rollback, it could not rollback days of progress but it would affect just some minute as your data gets saved frequently during your gameplay. The only option available is the fact you used them through a mistake, or you obtained all of them at once in a single moment and then the server crashed rollbacking your progress, but even in that case we could not recover them as it would be unfair to those who accepted the loss of their progress due to crashing, regardless of on our end or theirs. Hi @sagitario25 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that you are able to teach Pay Day to your Persian by using the TM Pay Day or by using the Pre-evo tutor in the Daycares. You are able to buy the Pay Day TM at the third floor of the Goldenrod Mart, which is located in Goldenrod City, by paying 3000 pokedollars. Regard the daycares instead, you need to beat first Boss Naero that is located in the Cerulean Cave, that you see how to access by checking THIS guide, in order to unlock them. I would like to inform yuu that If you've already talked to Jenson, which is the NPC at the 2nd floor, and he redirected you to the ballroom then you have to find Blissey. In order to find Blissey, go to the ballroom and head to the upper floor where you will find it. Talk to it and it will disappear and leave you with the secret potion. You can find Blissey in the area you can see in the spoiler below [spoiler=Blissey's Location] Now you can return to the second floor and find the captain and deliver him the potion. Hi @letsgo I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that with the last update, changes about the synchronize mechanics have been made: If Pokemon on position 1 is dead = synchronize works. If Pokemon on position 1 is dead and no synchronize, but Pokemon on position 2 has synchronize = sync works. Therefore, if your first Pokémon in the party is dead but has synchronize, the said ability will work correctly. It is good to note that the chance of synchronize is 50%, therefore it is possible to not being able to find a Pokémon of the nature chosen even after 20 encounters. Hi @HxmZa I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you as first that Pokemon Revolution Online doesn't contain any virus or infection. In order to proceed you have two options: Add the folder where you are going to extract the client as an exception to your antivirus and firewall (e.g if you extract in documents you add documents as an exception) Uninstall your antivirus, which is not really recommended as it leaves your PC without protection, but sometimes it is necessary in order to fix the issue. Could you please try the said procedures and see if one of them solves your issue? Have a wonderful day !

If you have windows, simply restart the client and start it as administrator and the patch will automatically update it. If you have not Windows instead, please follow this procedure: Delete all the old files or PRO Restart your Phone Download another browser on your smartphone and then try to download again the game from our PRO DOWNLOAD PAGE Regarding the cooldown of the boss, I would like to inform you that the Boss Cooldown Checker currently doesn't work properly and do not display the correct cooldown time. This is because we have recently updated our Bosses, as stated on our UPDATE LOGS and on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD, and therefore the boss cooldown checker has yet to be updated. However, you can check the real cooldown of the bosses by interacting with them. Unfortunately, i cannot give you an estimated time for when the issue will be fixed, however when it will be fixed we will make an announce on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD so you can stay tuned there. Hi @YiinYaang I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, i'm sorry to inform you that this is not an issue but the game has been designed like that. It is intended to have the Pokémon of the previous regions locked in your PC until you obtain the 8th badge of the current region. Therefore, as you're currently playing Johto's story, all your Kanto Pokèmon have been blocked into your PC and you will be able to use them only after you will have obtained the 8th badge of Johto. If the region-block would not exists, people would be able to play the next regions rushing them with the Pokémon of the previous ones, and finishing therefore to not enjoy the current region. Also, PRO is an MMO and therefore it is intended to be slightly harder than handheld games. Hi @hastecali I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Could you play try please try the following procedure in then the same exact order i give you: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Install the latest version of .NET Framework Restart your computer Totally disable your Firewall and Antivirus Download again the game from HERE Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive. (Not directly in C: or D: , but you can put them in your documents into a folder like this: CLIENT FOLDER) Run the program as Administrator If you will succeed in solving your issue, please remember to reactivate your antivirus and firewall and add an exception to PRO Folder/Client.
