  2. Hi @Prasath I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that in order to repel trick Ditto your Pokémon must be level 23 - 27. This because the max level of the other Pokémon is 22, therefore using a Pokémon with a level lower than 23 will make you encounter even all the other Pokémon that can be encountered in that route. To repel trick you can use two different team-setup, here below i'll explain you how both of them works: FIRST METHOD: Put in the first slot any Pokémon with the required level for the Repel trick. IT MUST BE FAINTED/DEAD Put in the second slot a Pokémon with Synchronize Ability of the nature you want, in this case you want Jolly therefore you will need to put a Pokémon with Synchronize Ability and Jolly Nature in the 2nd slot. THE SYNCHRONIZE POKèMON MUST BE ALIVE [spoiler=Method 1] SECOND METHOD: Put your Synchronize Pokémon with the required level fo rthe repel trick in the first slot. IT MUST BE ALIVE. [spoiler=Method 2] After you have setup your team, remember that there is not an estimated amount of repels necessary to make you find the Pokémon you want. It can be 10 repels or 30, as it is based on your luck.   3. Hi @Btacon I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that, unfortunately, you cannot transfer servers as of now due to the topic being closed (It was closed on May 1st, 2018) . Take also note that red/blue servers are now merged into Silver, therefore you cannot transfer your progress between Silver/Gold. If you would like to transfer servers, you would have to wait until the Admins open the topic again. For future reference, you can find the topic and the requirements here: SERVER TRANSFER TOPIC. Take note that, if the chance of transfer will be available again, there is not an estimated time for when it will happen. It is possible that there was a roll back due to a crash and you got back the PP you're talking about in your inventory. Could you please check that?   6. Hi @BADSora I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunantely, we are unable to de-evolve pokemon due to technical restraints. The only thing we can do is delevelling them or recover if they have been released due to a mistake. Quoting our EVOLUTION & DELEVELING MEGATHREAD: Also, unfortunately i cannot give you another Pokémon as this would be unfair towards all the other players that experienced a similar issue and accepted the fact we do not de-evolve or gift pokemon.   7. Hi @stemp19 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The server is currently down due to some technical difficulties. We are aware of this issue and it has been forwarded to the relevant parties. Unfortunately, i am unable to give an estimated time as to when the servers will be up once again. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it goes against the general support rules. An announcement on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD will be made once this issue has been resolved. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord. As this is a known issue, and I can’t offer you much of a fix as of now, I’ll now be locking this thread.

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience and inform you that you are able to buy/sell/trade your Pokèmon by using the in-game trade chat or the TRADE ZONE of the server that you play on. In order to link your Pokémon in the chat you can drag them from your party to the chat or instead type [Poke1] and change the "1" with the number of the slot where the Pokémon you want to link is placed. Hi @Vibratez I'm sorry for the inconvenience I would like to inform and ensure you that you didn't lose your progress and that everything is still there, you just need to merge your account and i will now help you explaining how to do that. As first, take note that the Red and Blue server has merged to form the Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. You will need to merge your accounts by log in the DASHBOARD and merge your accounts. I checked your account and it seems like you have 361 hours on the Red Server, so if you want to have back your progress you have to select Red Server as your main server. To merge your account you can use the following guide under the spoilers: [spoiler= Step 1] Log into your dashboard and click the [Merge is required] button: [spoiler=Step 2] Select the desired merge option; once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done! I also suggest to read the EVERYTHING ABOUT THE MERGE for questions you may have and if you should experience any issue while merging. In case that, after the merge, you should still get the Invalid Password/Username error, please go ahead and change your password from the DASHBOARD, ensuring that it is alphanumerical (characters from a to z and from 0 to 9) Remember that you are able to play, with your old progress, only on the Silver Server since the server transfers are closed in this moment.   15. Hi @0nlyZant0s I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that your Darkrai has been successfully recovered and it should be in the last slots of your PC. Could you please check that? Also, if Darkrai had any item, unfortunately we are not able to recover the items as it has been permanently deleted and we have no way to verify if it really had one. If you're referring to the arrow, as you have noticed the client has been updated to the Valentine Version in order to apply the new updates. If you are interested about what has been updated, here in the spoiler there is the changelog list: [spoiler=Changelog 04.02.2019] - Added several Valentine forms (not catchable yet). - Added Flashlight for dark caves to Coin Shop. - Added Battering Ram for Headbutt replacement in Coin Shop. - All Headbutt scripts/spawns/drops were updated and are easy to update now. - Female versions for Pokemon are in-game now (Damn, Wobbuffet is sexy now). - Most Cherubi spawns were removed due to the Headbutt update. - The Zombie disconnect is hopefully less now. If you still get it, please report it to me. - Detailed Lighting was renamed to Dynamic Lighting and shouldn't be bugged on Android anymore. - In-game weathers in client shouldn't be bugged anymore (Not talking about PVP). - Forms are shown in select menus, evolutions etc. now (the normal sprite was shown before). - A few client fixes and optimizations. If you do not come online, and/or tell me when i can find you online as i asked before, i cannot help you as i need you to be online in order to teleport. You can download the latest client from PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD. Please, make sure to delete the old client and all the remaining files in order to now experience any issue with the new client. From Sevii Island 7 head south and you will find the canyon entnr,ce. Sevii Islands can be accessed only if you have an active membership, which you can buy from the coins shop or from other players using the in-game trade-chat or the TRADE ZONE on the forum by choosing the correct sub-forum of your own server and creating a thread. I would like to inform you that the cooldown of the Mushrooms can be two: 7 Days, if you used a paras or a parasect after picking up the mushrooms 14 Days, if you didn't use any of the said Pokémon after picking up the mushrooms. Also, could you please try the following procedures in the same exact order i give you: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Install the latest version of .NET Framework Restart your computer Totally disable your Firewall and Antivirus Download again the game from HERE Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive. (Not directly in C: or D: , but you can put them in your documents into a folder like this: CLIENT FOLDER) Run the program as Administrator If you will succeed in solving your issue, please remember to reactivate your antivirus and firewall and add an exception to PRO Folder/Client. I would like to inform you that, as announced on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD, with the rework of the Bosses, that have now been coded in Phyton, all the consecutive win streak of the reworked bosses have been reset. That means that if you had 2-3 win streak, after the reset you finished to have zero. Do note that the Guardian have been reworked the 25 January, therefore this should be your first win.
