I just checked your account and it seems like you have 5x Seel in your PC and 3 of them were caught today, is it possible it is one of them? If not, it might be possible that you lost the Pokémon after that crash. In this case, unfortunately, we cannot refund your Seel because it would be unfair to the other players who have accepted their losses due to crashing, regardless of our end or theirs. It is also good to note that pokemon lost due to crash issues also cannot be found in the database and therefore we cannot recover them anyway. Please also take the time to read the following for future reference: We are aware of the issues related to the status of our server, and i can assure you that our Developer is working on a fix and that fixing them is our main priority in this moment, as we understand that frequently disconnections may be frustrating. Also, for what regard scheduled maintenances, you may check our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD for updates when the server will be going down in order to minimize your losses. As for unannounced crashes, please do note that the server is in BETA and we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Nevertheless, in case of long downtimes or numerous issues/crashes on our end, we may issue compensations as a way to apologize. Also, ensuring a proper connection on your end also helps minimize your losses. It is good to check on your internet provider to know when their downtimes will be as well as contacting them if you are not experiencing a stable connection. If the disconnect was caused by connection issues on your end, you may try the following: Call your internet provider. Troubleshoot Your Hardware. Opt for a wired connection if you’re using a wireless connection Turn Off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps. Try a New DNS Server I know it can be frustrating to lose part of your progress, but i hope you can understand why we cannot fulfill your request. I would like to inform you that the only way to get back your rare candies and Master Ball is completing the quest and the interact with Buck to get them back. Unfortunately there is nothing else you can do and we cannot move them for you as it would be unfair to those that find themselves in your same situation and accepted the fact they had to complete the quest to get their items back. Do note that If you lose to Jackson then you will have to return to Pallet Town and ask his mom to come and move him. His house is the one next to yours.   14. Hi @Bouvar I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It seems like there was a communication error on our end, i'm sorry about that. Unfortunantely, we are unable to de-evolve pokemon due to technical restraints. The only thing we can do is delevelling them or recover if they have been released due to a mistake. Quoting our EVOLUTION & DELEVELING MEGATHREAD: Also, unfortunately i cannot give you another Pokémon as this would be unfair towards all the other players that experienced a similar issue and accepted the fact we do not de-evolve or gift pokemon. Could you please talk to the Professor Rowan in his lab. ? A dialogue that says "Oh yeah! Dawn got something she wants to share with you, ....." should appear. After that, talk to Dawn, she will mention if you have checked the news on the television lately. Return home after you have beaten the Elite Four of Sinnoh, if you didn't already, and speak to the television. After that, you should be able to find the items to obtain the seen data of Dialga, Palkia and Arceus. Unfortunately, i'm sorry to inform you that in order to get back your x67 rare candies and x1 Master ball that you have to finish the Heatran Quest. In specific, you will be able to get back your rare candies and master ball, by talking with buck, only after you will have defeated the Heatran level 99. Unfortuantely we cannot move those items back to you as the quest is intended to work like that, i hope you can understand. Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Restart your computer/device Download again the game from HERE Please, let me know if you have been able to solve your issue. I would like to inform you that , unfortunately, we cannot de-level your gyarados as it would be unfair to those who trained a whole new Pokémon for the quest after failing the first time. Also, we offer these services exclusively to make up with failed evolutions as it would be irreversible and make the Pokémon useless. If you would like to re-enter the cave and continue the quest, then you'd have to level another Pokémon keeping in mind that the maximum level usable is 60.
