  1. Hi @Xolver ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that you can't transfers the moves, however the HMs are infinitely reusable. That means that once you have obtained them and have them your inventory you can use them as much as you want. Therefore, you should still have your HM Cut into your inventory and should be able to use it to teach Cut to another one of your Pokémon. Could you please check that and try to use that on one of your Pokémon that can learn Cut? Let me know if you have been able to solve your issue, have a wonderful day !
  2. Hi @Dreadstoner ! I would like to inform you that to travel between regions you need to be the champion of the region you're currently in and the one you want to go to. However, travelling from Johto to Kanto is an exception and will require you only the 8th badge of Johto, this because Johto's League is located in Kanto. To move between regions you can use the following ways, taking note that all of them require being champion of the region you are currently in and the one you want to go to: Interregional ferries to travel between all the regions (from Vermilion City Harbor, Olivine City Harbor, Lilycove City Harbor, Canalave City Harbor) Subway, to travel between Kanto and Johto. Passing from Nap Island ,to travel between Hoenn and Johto. Surfing west of New Bark town and following the path, to go back from Johto to Kanto (this is an exception, as stated above, and you require only 8th badge of johto) Keep in mind that, even if you require to be champion of the regions in order to be able to travel between regions, you will unlock all the Pokémon of the previous region after defeating the 8th Gym of the region you're currently playing. Could you please try the following procedures in the same exact order i give you: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Install the latest version of .NET Framework Restart your computer Totally disable your Firewall and Antivirus Download again the game from HERE Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive. (Not directly in C: or D: , but you can put them in your documents into a folder like this: CLIENT FOLDER) Run the program as Administrator If you will succeed in solving your issue, please remember to reactivate your antivirus and firewall and add an exception to PRO Folder/Client. The only thing we can do is delevelling them or recover if they have been released due to a mistake. I would like to inform you that we are currently working on a way to give another chance to players to catch Manaphy if it has been killed or a disconnection/crash has been experienced. Once this option will be added, you will simply have to fight and defeat the boss Nikola that you can find in the Unknown Place, in the TRAINER VALLEY Unfortunately, i cannot give you an estimated time for when this will happen, but you can stay tuned on the #announcements channel of our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD for further announcements.   12. Hi @DemonsWrath ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that i've just checked your account and it seems like you do no meet the requirements to access the trainer valley. In specific it seems like you do not have caught 120 Pokémon native of Kanto (#1 - #151) and that you do not have 38 Evolved data. To check how many Pokémon native of Kanto you have caught until now you can interact with Professor Oak in Pallet Town. For what regard the evolutions instead you can check your Pokedex. Take note that the full requirements are the following, quoting our HOW TO ACCESS SPECIFIC MAPS: Could you please make sure to have at least 38+ evolved data and try to talk with Professor Oak in pallet town and see how many Pokémon native of Kanto (#1 -#151) he says you have. As first, since the TV ask about the red Pokémon, you have to look for Latias that can be found at the following locations LATIAS LOCATION Once you have found Latias, battle it and then go back to your home again and watch the news again, Now you can battle Latios! LATIOS LOCATION If you happened to having fought them already in one of the following areas, please try to talk again with the TV. About the bug you've experienced, could you please try to delete all your PRO Files, and all the related files, and then reinstall the latest client that you can download here: PRO DOWNLOAD PAGE. Regard your suggestions, i would like to inform you that the Pokémon you have encountered were not shiny. Also, when you encounter a Shiny Pokémon you can recognize it because they have a yellow S near their name. You can check the spoiler below to see how a shiny would be marked. Take note that once you select the lending mode in the trade gui, you are able to see the time selected. Taking in consideration the time selected, you can know when it will expire. I'm sorry for the inconvenience I would like to inform and ensure you that you didn't lose your progress and that everything is still there, you just need to merge your account and i will now help you explaining how to do that. As first, take note that the Red and Blue server has merged to form the Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. You will need to merge your accounts by log in the DASHBOARD and merge your accounts. I checked your account and it seems like you have 97 hours on the Blue Server, so if you want to have back your progress you have to select Blue Server as your main server. To merge your account you can use the following guide under the spoilers: [spoiler= Step 1] Log into your dashboard and click the [Merge is required] button: [spoiler=Step 2] Select the desired merge option; once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done! I also suggest to read the EVERYTHING ABOUT THE MERGE for questions you may have and if you should experience any issue while merging. In case that, after the merge, you should still get the Invalid Password/Username error, please go ahead and change your password from the DASHBOARD, ensuring that it is alphanumerical (characters from a to z and from 0 to 9) Remember that you are able to play, with your old progress, only on the Silver Server since the server transfers are closed in this moment.   22. Exactly, you have to extract the files into a folder and it should come out EXACTLY like the image i posted here below. To show you better how it should be, i'll show you a image of that. You need to have the exact same files into a folder, like i show you now: [spoiler=Image Folder] Remember to open it as administrator and to follow all the steps i gave you before.   23. If you have already the latest framework, that's fine. About the client, just create a folder in your documents and put into that all the PRO files. For what regard the last reinstall ignore that but make sure to follow all the steps from 1 to 7 .
