Hi @theserious & @Kelvot Thank you for your patience. I would like to inform you that if you've experienced a disconnection/crash or killed Manaphy, you are now able to obtain another chance of getting it by refighting Nikola. In fact, the update is not only for players that released Manaphy, but even for everyone that was not able to catch it due to disconnections, bug, etc. To get another chance to refight/catch Manaphy, you simply have to fight and defeat the boss Nikola that you can find in the Unknown Place, in the TRAINER VALLEY. You can check the linked thread to see how to reach him. Also, keep in mind that you will be able to refight the XMAS version only for a limited time. Take note that Nikola is slightly stronger than before, so make sure to be prepared before battling him. However, as a way to catch again Manaphy has been added and instructions to follow have been given, i will now lock the thread. Have a wonderful day and Happy New Year from PRO Staff & Community.

Hi @Xkrono ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to assure you that you've used the Lending trade as a trade-system. However, we have no way to check how much time you set for the lending duration. If you didn't receive it back yet that means that you didn't set the time you said but you may have set a longer one. Unfortunately, the only thing you can do in this moment is wait the end of the lending trade as we have no way to recover it. I'm sorry to disappoint you but i hope you can understand. As said above, when you go in one of the said locations you will find the card boxes and you will have to interact with them. Once you interact with the card boxes you will be asked which Rotom form you want and you will be able to change the form of your Rotom even if level 100. Hi @Phoenix09 ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Rotom no longer evolves in designated routes, but rather evolve by taking over certain appliances like in the real games. Below are map names where you can find boxes which contain different appliances for your Rotom. You simply have to go in one of the following locations, interact with the boxes and choose the form of Rotom you most prefer. Do note that each Appliance corresponds to a different form of Rotom. Hi @McSchitter ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that this is a common issue that may be experienced while formatting text. To fix this issue you simply have to select [PLAIN][spoiler=2][/PLAIN] and then [PLAIN] [/PLAIN] and press the "Remove Formatting" button which is this: After that, you can check the preview and everything should be fixed. I would like to suggest you to avoid formatting(colors, bold, etc) the BB Codes as to my knowledge this can create issues. I'm sorry for the inconvenience I would like to inform and ensure you that you didn't lose your progress and that everything is still there, you just need to merge your account and i will now help you explaining how to do that. As first, take note that the Red and Blue server has merged to form the Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. You will need to merge your accounts by log in the DASHBOARD and merge your accounts. I checked your account and it seems like you have 458 hours on the Red Server, so if you want to have back your progress you have to select Red Server as your main server. To merge your account you can use the following guide under the spoilers: [spoiler= Step 1] Log into your dashboard and click the [Merge is required] button: [spoiler=Step 2] Select the desired merge option; once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done! I also suggest to read the EVERYTHING ABOUT THE MERGE for questions you may have and if you should experience any issue while merging. In case that, after the merge, you should still get the Invalid Password/Username error, please go ahead and change your password from the DASHBOARD, ensuring that it is alphanumerical (characters from a to z and from 0 to 9) Remember that you are able to play, with your old progress, only on the Silver Server since the server transfers are closed in this moment. Hi @Xolver ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that you can't transfers the moves, however the HMs are infinitely reusable. That means that once you have obtained them and have them your inventory you can use them as much as you want. Therefore, you should still have your HM Cut into your inventory and should be able to use it to teach Cut to another one of your Pokémon. Could you please check that and try to use that on one of your Pokémon that can learn Cut? Let me know if you have been able to solve your issue, have a wonderful day !

Hi @Dreadstoner ! I would like to inform you that to travel between regions you need to be the champion of the region you're currently in and the one you want to go to. However, travelling from Johto to Kanto is an exception and will require you only the 8th badge of Johto, this because Johto's League is located in Kanto. To move between regions you can use the following ways, taking note that all of them require being champion of the region you are currently in and the one you want to go to: Interregional ferries to travel between all the regions (from Vermilion City Harbor, Olivine City Harbor, Lilycove City Harbor, Canalave City Harbor) Subway, to travel between Kanto and Johto. Passing from Nap Island ,to travel between Hoenn and Johto. Surfing west of New Bark town and following the path, to go back from Johto to Kanto (this is an exception, as stated above, and you require only 8th badge of johto) Keep in mind that, even if you require to be champion of the regions in order to be able to travel between regions, you will unlock all the Pokémon of the previous region after defeating the 8th Gym of the region you're currently playing. Hi @dreamax ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try the following procedures in the same exact order i give you: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Install the latest version of .NET Framework Restart your computer Totally disable your Firewall and Antivirus Download again the game from HERE Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive. (Not directly in C: or D: , but you can put them in your documents into a folder like this: CLIENT FOLDER) Run the program as Administrator If you will succeed in solving your issue, please remember to reactivate your antivirus and firewall and add an exception to PRO Folder/Client. The only thing we can do is delevelling them or recover if they have been released due to a mistake.
