Hi there, @guccitrunkz Moved into the correct subform I would first like to start off by saying we sincerely sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Unfortunately, you must defeat Nikola to have another chance to receive Manaphy as we cannot allow you to challenge Manaphy in the wild once again. This is due to our Policy stated in the Common Issues Thread.. If you have further questions please refer to the Common Issues Thread down below. Common Issue Thread I know it is unfortunate but nothing can be done in regard to this situation. As I stated above you must defeat Nikola for another chance at Manaphy. Hey there, @Charichou I would like to say sorry for the Inconvenience, This is a common problem after merging but were in luck because it has an easy fix. Please try resetting your password on your Dashboard as it should fix the problem immediately. You can reset it by clicking "Forgot Password". When reseting your password please make sure to use an alphanumerical one (characters allowed from A to Z, 0 to 9). Take note that the account email and username are required to change the password. We, The PRO Staff Team, value the time you took out of your day to report this bug for us, as we are non existent without the help of our community. With that said, I would further like to stat that the problems that you have reported and provide evidence for above, has been known for some time now. Down below, I have added the list of moves and abilities that are coded wrong or not coded at all. Hi there, @kakashi3991 I am sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Most likely you are having connection problems with your phone to PRO Try Restarting your mobile device Restarting the connection you are on Try using a VPN to connect Close all Background Applications running. Update your Mobile device to the latest version If no of that work please try redownloading the new client For your Android device, could you please uninstall and delete all your PRO files on your phone?
