Hello, the dialog in your screen shot from the sailor is only shown if you don't have enough evolved Pokemon. Did you make sure, you have 38 evolved Pokemon? kind regards

Hello, the 3rd wave of item backups were retrieved. Please talk to the Mummy at Vermi. If you con't receive your items back, please reply to this post. In rare cases not every item could be restored since it doesn't exist in the item backups. This problem occurs for every item that you obtained right before you entered the Dark Realm. Unfortunately, we can't restore those specific items because they are not in the relevant backup that was made before you obtained said items. kind regards

Hello, it looks like you left the Dark Realm once and then reentered after defeating Horon. You won't receive a halloween reroll ticket if you once forfeited the Dark Realm. Horons purpose is to reset the Dark Realm/Darkrai such that you are able to catch Darkrai. kind regards
