Greetings, @hoagluan58 Sorry for the inconvenience. I have deleveled your riolu to level 98, to evolve riolu need to have 255 happiness and level up during day time: From 10:00 to 19:00 in game. If after try this riolu continue dont evolving i would like suggest you let your riolu get defeat by a wild pokemon to make him decrease his happiness, log out for a couple seconds, log in and try again. Greetings, @Randomopkid Sorry for the inconvenience. If you have defeated genesect and you couldnt catch it you're able to catch it via Boss Nikola in Trainers Valley. After defeat nikola you will be able to catch Genesect. I hope this have clarified your doubts. Have a great day, Nezuko

Greetings, @ICESWIM Sorry for the inconvenience. The PRO Staff is only available to recover pokemon with an ID, pokemon what it wasnt caught and not making them an ID doesnt appear in our Database and that makes us unable to recover them. To make an ID to a pokemon you have to caught it, relog or wait 5 minutes, since you couldnt catch it we can not recover it. I hope you understand it and i would like to you see this quote:

Greetings, @juli14n Sorry for the inconvenience. When you ask for a server transfer your account from Silver Server goes to Gold Server and vice versa, before the server transfer your account get merge, this mean your accounts from RED and BLUE Server gets merged into Silver Server. Unfortunately we can not merge your account from Gold Server and Silver Server and keep it in Gold Server. I hope you understand it. Do not hesitate in ask if you continue having doubts. Greetings, @idilassijassi Sorry for the inconvenience. Those users could log in with the same account in the other server with all their things because they made the server transfer request. Currently this service is closed, but when you get transfered your account from Gold server will pass to Silver server and the progress of Silver server will go to Gold server. We are able to recover pokemon what already have an ID, that ID appears on our database after you catch the pokemon and pass 3-5 minutes or you relog. So if while you was trying to catch this dratini that dratini has an ID 0 so that dratini doesnt appear in our database. This mean we arent able to recover your dratini once again sorry for the incovenience. i would like you see this quote:

Si no sabe como hacerlo le puedo explicar para Windows 10. Vaya al escritorio > Click derecho > configuracion de pantalla > Resolucion de pantalla, y ponga una mas baja. We are aware of this bugs on those moves, but im glad to inform you the Developers are reworking the Battle-PVP code from scratch right now, this is not an easy work so it can take a little. They are working in a new code because it is not possible anymore to work on the currently code. This means the mostly of the currently bugs will be fixed with this new PVP update, but for that our Developers will need be fully concentrate on the rework. If you would like be informed in the latest upcoming/new updates i would like suggest you join in our DISCORD SERVER there you can find a channel called #announcements where you can check the upcoming information or events. Blue and Red server got merged into Silver Server, but people who was playing in those servers have to merge their account to play on silver server with their progress on those servers. This merge can be done through the DASHBOARD, please make sure you merge your account from RED SERVER since was your main server. If you would like get more information of how to merge, why this merge was done and more just have a look to our guide HERE. Remember, sometimes when you merge your account from Red Server or Blue Server your password gets unsynchronice and you have to reset the password through or option FORGOT PASSWORD to be able to log again on silver server.
