I think you got confused, the last time clones event was activated was around June, in halloween we got halloween event where you can get a form of charmander but that is too different than the clone form. Greetings, @GuhCore Sorry for the inconvenience. Im glad to inform you that you didnt lose anything, as i could see you used to play on Blue Server, you have to merge your account from the DASHBOARD to be able to play on silver server. If you have doubts about the merge please click HERE if after the merge you can not log on silver server but yes on gold and forums is because your passwords got unsynchronice to be able to play on silver you will need to reset your password through the option FORGOT PASSWORD. As i could see using our tools you have played on Red/Blue servers and you got to merge your account time ago, sometimes when you merge your account your passwords gets unsynchronice and you're able to log on forums and gold server but not on silver, for this i would like recommend you use the option FORGOT PASSWORD to be able to log on Silver server. When you request a server transfer all your data from silver server goes to gold server and the data of gold server goes to silver server so any of your data gets deleted to changed. To use the command /pm is /pm Nezuko not with asterisks and if you would like pm an user from trade chat you can right click his/her name and press message and you will get a pm open with that user to talk. When you lend a pokemon to an user and this user gives this pokemon before the time goes to finish this pokemon gets bugged and before come back stays on our databases and then go back to his rightful owner. Sorry but we can not do anything about this problem, the only thing we can do is wait to they come back when this time pass, it dont usually take much, 2-3 days max. Greetings, @ddlake As we could find some users got clones and halloween pokemon from their starter pokemon, if you start to create accounts in an event to try get a clone faster please keep in mind that you only can have up to 4 accounts. I hope this have solved your doubt. Have a great day, Nezuko

The starter pokemons what you can take from the different labs of the regions are shiny locked, but you still can be lucky and get a form of those pokemon when the event gets on, but remember the chance to be that can be litteraly impossible since would be the same chance as a normal encounter. Greetings, @AxelVernaut Sorry for the inconvenience. If it were a server crash when the server came up you would be able to fight the boss again since we made an script to solve that. If you wasnt able to fight the boss unfortunately we can not reset your cooldown, i hope you understand it because would be unfair for those users what lost part of the progress with this server crash.
