They are working in a new code because it is not possible anymore to work on the currently code. This means the mostly of the currently bugs will be fixed with this new PVP update, but for that our Developers will need be fully concentrate on the rework. If you would like be informed in the latest upcoming/new updates i would like suggest you join in our DISCORD SERVER there you can find a channel called #announcements where you can check the upcoming information or events. When the server crash and your pokemon doesnt have an ID that pokemon doesnt appear in our database, so unfortunately we can not recover your pokemon because from our tools doesnt appear. Regarding the pve coins we can not recover them too because would be unfair for those users what have experienced the same issue or for those users what have lost part of their progress with this server crash. I hope you understand it, i would like you see this quote too:

Desafortunadamente no podemos revertir el cambio de servidor el cual ya se haya procesado, una vez pasen 30 días sera totalmente gratis el volver a cambiar de servidor. Y correspondiente al progreso, si, el progreso del servidor gold pasara a silver, y viceversa. Espero que esto haya solucionado sus dudas. Que tenga un buen día, Nezuko

This thread is currently closed so we can not offer you an account reset right now. If you would like be informed of when this thread gets open again please join our official DISCORD SERVER, there you will get informed from upcoming updates and maintenances and when this thread can be opened. But please keep in mind we dont have any eta of when this thread can be open again. If you would like start the story again you can go to Silver or Gold server depending of where you made the story and make the story again.   19. Greetings, @twFrisk Sorry for the inconvenience. From our tools unfortunately we can not de-evolve a pokemon. I hope you understand it but we can not do anything to de evolve your umbreon to eevee. Keep in mind that happened to other users too with other pokemons and would be unfair if we find a way to do de evolve your pokemon and not de evolve their pokemon when they made the request and got a no as reply.   20. Greetings, @rahz Sorry for the inconvenience. The RNG is not something what we put in each user randomly, RNG would mean random number generator. That RNG cant be changed if you change of pc or phone. The RNG can be something called like Luck, if you didnt get any good pokemon is because you didnt have luck. I would like inform you if you merged before log on silver server maybe that was the problem, when you merge your account from red or blue server sometimes your password gets unsynchronice and you need to reset your password through the option FORGOT PASSWORD to synchronice your passwords again. After a long test made by our testers is indeed a bug, unfortunately we can not fix it till the battle rework gets released and we dont have any eta about it. Regarding the pvp coin we are not able to give it to you since would be unfair for those users what got the same bug and they got denied their request to get the pvp coin, i hope you understand it.
