To reroll the iv's of kyurem you dont have to click on the reroll, you have to talk with the mentalist in Vermilion city, is a NPC what makes reroll the iv's of your legendary pokemons or change the nature if you have a nature reroll. Saludos @BRAHIAM88 Lo sentimos por el inconveniente. Como pude comprobar através de nuestras herramientas perdiste una vez contra Kyurem, al perder contra el pierdes la oportunidad de obtener 1 reroll ticket y 50xmas tokens, pero si lo derrotas en el siguiente intento consigues las 50 xmas tokens, por eso no lograste conseguirlo. Since you dindnt provide the username where you made the quest i would like communicate you if you lose vs kyurem once you lose the opportunity of get that free reroll, and instead of that you get 50 xmas tokens but if you lose twice or more you dont get any reward for the quest. Como pude comprobar por sus variables atraves de nuestras herramientas he podido comprobar que perdiste contra kyurem una vez, al perder contra el pierdes la possibilidad de conseguir un reroll y obtuviste 50 xmas tokens. Unfortunately from our tools we can not reset the cooldown of the bug catching area, and would be unfair for users who lost their progress because of crashing if we would refund you after we didn't refund them. I hope you understand it. If you would like more information please have a look to this quote: If after the crash the cooldown of the bug catching area didn't get reset, despite it being reworked in python, that is caused by the fact that the server didn't experience a normal crash but instead kicked first all the player and then crashed. So for this the cooldown of the bug catching area didnt get reset. But the Developers are already looking in to this to make the servers more stable, this is not an easy job so it can take a little to solve this problem. I hope you understand it. Ensuring a proper connection might help as well to minimize the loss of your progress. Therefore, you may try as well the following options in case you're experiencing frequent connection issues: Call your internet provider to ask if their internet try to kick PRO. Troubleshoot your Hardware. Opt for a wired connection if you're using a wireless connection Turn off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps. Try a new DNS Server. If you would like have more information about when the servers will go under maintenance, restart or etc... Join in our DISCORD SERVER to know when all this will happen, before this events happen you will have always a tag in #announcements. If the server went off without a tag or reason was a server crash or it was your net, for that you can check the servers status in #bot-commands using the command ^up. Greetings, @ddlake Sorry for the inconvenience. If you change the email you have in the actual account for another one you can use the email you just changed in a new account. Yes, you can change the email the times you want. There is no way to delete an account, if you would like stop play on that account because you have another one or etc we can proceed to permaban that account till you appeal to recover it. Greetings, @MizKun Your pokemons will be locked till you finish the Sinnoh region since your pokemon are from Kanto. Your arcanine is already on the PC, tell me when you have a Sinnoh pokemon in your team to move hitmonlee to your pc, keep in mind you will can not move those pokemon till you finish Sinnoh, same in the team.
