Hello @amalraj, The moment you wrote this wasn't daytime in-game. It was around 7.00 and that is still morning. Daytime starts at 10:00 until 20:00. Have some patience it will soon be daytime and then try it again. Let me know if it worked. Looking forward to hear from you. Kind regards, Contrary

Hello, Unlucky you lost because he crit you, sadly it happens to all of us. Would like to inform you that you get rewarded everytime you beat him. Also, the npc resets at midnight so you can battle him the next day again. I hope this answered some of your questions. Hello there @MichaelKoster10, I would like to inform you that the server transfer service is currently closed. So, you can't change servers right now. Once there is a new server transfer service open it will be announced in PRO's Discord server. At the moment there is no ETA for it. I hope I answered your question like this. Hello @NiteRich, I am sorry for the caused inconvenice. What the user @Waleed1301 said is indeed right. If you've recently merged and you can't login the game a common issue is that you've to change your password. You can change your password HERE. Please, make sure that your password is in alphanumerical order (characters allowed from A to Z and 0 to 9). I hope this will solve your issue. Have a good day! Kind regards, Contrary -
Hello @OmegaGaming19., I am sorry for the caused inconvenience. Unfortunately, we can't reset the boss cooldown. This due to players who accpeted their loss in the past and it would be unfair to reset it now, because we didn't reset the cooldown for them aswell. Whenever the server goes offline for a maintenance or is unstable, we announce it in the Official PRO Discord in order to notify the players, so they don't do bosses or PvP. Make sure to join it in order to not miss this information. It is possible the crash may have been caused because of a issue on your side. We suggest therefore to ensure a proper connection on your end as that might also helps minimize your losses. It is good to check on your internet provider to know when their downtimes will be as well as contacting them if you are not experiencing a stable connection.
