-1 , this is not a good idea, pokemon is a RNG game. Legends cannot be re rolled to be perfect "easily". I know players that have spent 10s of millions on re rolls to end up with trash IVs anyway. And yes it's possible to use just one re roll and have a godly legend. But that's the point, it's a luck based game. Taking away the chance/luck factor of hunting would ultimately change the feel of the game imo. Not to mention what something like this would do to the market.
