  3. Hi there @excelso I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately i'm unable to do anything to help you. Bosses have been reworked so that if the server crashes, you will be able to rebattle the boss as if the crash never happened. We can't reverse a cooldown timer if the game froze or crashed due to an internet problem. I hope you understand.
  4. @turboo I really apologize for the inconvenience. There's nothing we can do unfortunately if you've traded after merging. If we forced an unmerge and merged your account with the correct server, it would mess up all the trades you've already done.

  8. Hi @TheruinedKiing Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately this is a bug that might occasionally happen. Please try to lose some happiness, which can be done by feeding your Budew EV-reducing berries or having it faint during battle, restart your client, and try again. Do make sure its happiness is at 255 by typing /happy 1-6, and making sure it's daytime (10am-8pm). Please let me know if that worked for you.

  13. Hello @ghostbka The key to this part of the quest is that you have to defend the Latios from the incoming Kabutops. What makes this hard is while you are in-battle, the Kabutops will still progress froward towards the Latios, so apart from having to be quick, you also have to make sure none of the Kabutops slip past you.   14. Hi @smash76 The most recent Zapdos you've caught has been restored and should be in the last slot of your PC. Just as a future reference, please remember that Nikola is only to be used if you fail to catch the legendary Pokemon the first time. Please do not use it as a reroll, as that is not what Nikola is supposed to be used for. We will not restore any Pokemon lost during a Nikola battle should it ever happen. As Norex stated above, both Shiftry and Nuzleaf have the Pickpocket ability, meaning they will steal your Pokemon's item when hit with a contact move. You can retrieve the item by catching the thief. Unfortunately this is intended, and we can't restore your item. I hope you understand. If you have any other questions please let me know here.

Where did you get the Litwick from? Also, did you by any chance recently unlock Cerulean Cave, or bought a Blackthorn Club Card? Looking forward to your reply.
