Quote from OP: "Tierlist will be created enough time before the tournament starts and will be discussed with the community to find a common agreement." So, won't be smogon tiers.

https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=55707 There's literally a thread for it, no need to create another.

Sounds like a good idea, especially tiers.

Watch this (from 2:18)

They don't need an answer, Chomp & Goth's abilities were known before the tournament, just like every other thing. You're barking up the wrong tree, it's best if you based your arguments on the removal of Leech Seed from the tournament. And the meta isn't killed, exaggerating won't get you anywhere.
-
Also, just to point out. I honestly don't mind the banning of leech seed. It's just unfair on those who had leech seeders for the tourney. While this may not sound like a great solution, I do believe the tournament could be delayed until leech seed is fixed. I don't think the banning of leech seed is a good solution either since it's unfair.

Please read the above^ - its not just an accuracy bug. Yeah well that's also not a huge difference either and would probably not occur often. And I'd appreciate it if you read my post again, as that was not just a post based on accuracy, I had more points in it.

This is a different case though. The teams for the upcoming tournament are submitted and you can't judge how much people value their leech seeders. Other not coded moves/abilities as well as mega evolutions were known prior to the submission of teams for the tournament, so that doesn't affect anything. Just to clarify, I'm not taking part in the tournament and I don't have a single leech seed user in my PC. Also @Kagawa & Rekkuza, losing leech seed may not be "team killing", but the same can be said about its accuracy. While it may be annoying, 90% -> 100% isn't a huge difference and it's not a 'match killer'. I'm not denying that it may decide the outcome of a battle on certain occasions, but the loss of leech seed can also decide who progresses or not in the upcoming tournament. For those who had submitted Pokemon with leech seed of course...

I missed quite a few Air Slashes, 95% seems accurate from my experience. I think he meant air slash's flinch rate. I have missed way more hipnosis than I've seen air slash miss a flinch (and both have about the same chance). Oh makes sense. Could be, but nothing unusual from my experience with that either. Though I'm not as sure as I am with its accuracy.
-
I too have noticed leech seed not having the correct base power and accuarcy percentage. I have also detected other moves that do not correlate with their respective accuaracy/base power here in PRO. air slash is a huge one for me I missed quite a few Air Slashes, 95% seems accurate from my experience.

Why not? Read my full reply before asking a rhetorical question. It was a legit question. 2=/=5. It isn't gonna affect the game that much, will just be more convenient. There are already some areas which have more than a single rare Pokemon which require the same nature. Love Island is one of them with Togepi and Happiny for example.

Very interesting, still there for me.
-
Dnite is still there.
-
that's exactly why skrelp is not there, I don't think two ER pokemon on the same map with same sync is a good idea, ever. Why not?
-
Assign it to a hotkey via the bottom left part of your screen...
-
Skrelp is a nice suggestion. And Dratini instead of Dragonite please, or even Dragonair.

Re: PRO Viability Rankings (PVP) v0.95.9 <r><QUOTE author="SheWas18"><s> </e></QUOTE>Eelektross is clearly viable on the current meta . <e></e></QUOTE> Agreed. It has no weaknesses, okay defensive stats and a great offensive movepool as well as access to a lot of utility moves. <br/> <br/> For example it can switch in comfortably against an Excadrill and threaten it with flamethrower..</r>

Ok mate nice information thanks :) Also, i forget to ask this one : About rare candy: how do it works on EV? Does it increase them all by 1 or the highest one? Rare candy doesn't increase any EVs. It just adds a level to your Pokemon.

Re: Wts Hidden Power ice 57 max speed timid Jolteon, h.a. adamant fletchling <r>Just so you know, hidden power's base power is always 60bp since gen6 and that applies to PRO as well. <br/> <URL url="https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=38131"><LINK_TEXT text="viewtopic.php?t=38131">https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=38131</LINK_TEXT></URL><br/> <br/> Good luck with your sales!</r>

2-) Yes, but there's an exception for Happiny. In PRO, a Pokemon's base exp dictates how much exp you need to level it. Higher the base exp; higher the required exp to level up. Happiny, Chansey and Blissey all have 255 as their base exp, so it's actually more beneficial to level it up after evolving as it gets better offensive stats that help you faint wild Pokemon. You can find the base exp for each Pokemon on: https://pokemondb.net/pokedex/happiny under the "Training" section.

Stuff like Pawniard, Beldum and Fossils feel like they're removed as well. Getting fossils via artifact pieces is not a bad idea, but spending a weeks (or more) worth of excavations on a Dome Fossil when they were much easier to obtain before?.. Unfair and unnecessary. Why do you feel the need to make PvP viable Pokemon that rare? Okay, it does encourage the players to play more but only to a certain extent. 1 week for a Dome Fossil, 50% chance to sync, 47.5% chance for it to have the right ability, #% chance for it to have good IVs (cba calculating)... What's the point? For 2.5-3 months straight (excluding the last entire month) I excavated everyday. Got 1 Pawniard (trash) during that time, also got a Clauncher (who's already farmable). Why are my chances of catching a viable PvP Pokemon that low? Same thing applies to Talonflame. I've been headbutting daily since my return to the game (4 months) and even created an alt last month to increase my chances. And guess what, I managed to catch 0 (yes, zero) Gale Wings Fletchlings within 4 months. A Pokemon that's placed in top 3 in terms of viability, yet the chances of me getting one is very low. Only the very lucky & the rich are able to use them. The rate isn't balanced imo. Anyways, rant over. Please consider these things when making changes though, nobody wants to hunt for a certain Pokemon for 4months+. It discourages them and makes them wanna quit the game.

Re: PRO Viability Rankings (PVP) v0.95.8 <t>Clefable has to be at least A+ with Magic Guard being coded.</t>
-
Just a suggestion: expand the size of the battle so it's easier to view on smaller devices. Good luck with your channel & battles.

Yup i got it mate but what Pokes should i keep and which one should i throw please? If your Dragonite's ability isn't Multiscale & if Talonflame's ability isn't Gale Wings, get rid of all.
