  3. Hello @Tsuina, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The thread you read about not posting bugs was outdated, so was deleted. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we do incentivise reporting every possible bug you come across. Regarding the bugs: 1) We've checked in a handheld OG and confirmed the current interaction isn't the intended one. Only Sturdy should activate in that scenario and the Focus Sash should be intact. This was just reported to the Developers and was fixed swiftly. 2) We were already aware of this bug and has been fixed. Keep in mind these fixes were done on the test server, they aren't live yet but will be when the upcoming changelog is announced. Thank you for taking the time to report, have a nice day!

  6. Hello @jhaydenite, Firstly let's get rid of your possibility of losing. You're using a suboptimal set for the quest, where a loss is a possibility which only adds to your frustration. Remove Spell Tag and make the Gardevoir hold Leftovers. Remove Shadow Ball for Wish. Please follow the sequence: Wish -> Calm Mind -> Psyshock (Chansey KO) -> Calm Mind -> Calm Mind -> Wish -> Moonblast (Bisharp KO) -> Moonblast (Gardevoir KO). This should always guarantee you a victory. It took me less than a minute. You shouldn't take much longer, even if your device is stalling you out a bit. Regardless, try to pick every option there is, starting from the fastest, and be consistent in your attempts, don't get distracted, stay focused. If you stay consistent, while changing the time range option, you should ultimately get it. Let me know how it went. Have a nice day!
  7. Hello @dragzilla, Are you and @jhaydenitethe same person? We've tested on android and found 0 issues. I've reproduced your sequence: Calm Mind -> Psyshock -> Moonblast -> Shadow Ball and according to my timer it took me 35 seconds. I want to be 100% sure this isn't a glitch but I need your help. You've said twice it took you less than 3 minutes but you never were precise on how long it took you to beat Wally. Can you please time it again and say exactly how many seconds/minutes it took you? At my speed, I've got to select option 1. 0m to 59s to obtain the Gardevoirite. Have a nice day!

  9. Hello @jhaydenite, I'm sorry for the inconvenience, are you certained that you're completing the battle within the time range you've selected? Only IRL time matters, you've said you completed it in less than 3 minutes but how less? If you select between 2 to 3 minutes and complete it under 2, it doesn't count.   10. Hello @shad0w123, I'm sorry for the inconvenience, it is known that the move Dream Eater is bugged at the moment, causing a self KO on the user if it manages to KO the opposing Pokemon. And if it doesn't KO, it triggers some visual bugs. Unfortunately I cannot give you an ETA for when it will be fixed. Thank you for the report and have a nice day!
  11. Hello @Juha, This bug is known for quite some time now, besides Skill Swap it also occurs when using Role Play and Trace.   13. Hello @SchmittyT9, Like BlitzkriegZ said, Mold Breaker is an ability that works offensively, ignoring some abilities. It doesn't work defensively. Currently, this interaction works as intended in PRO. However, every bug report is investigated and yours was very useful in finding an issue with Mold Breaker which I'll share so other users are aware of it: If you KO a Mold Breaker Pokemon with a Pokemon that has an ability affected by Mold Breaker (you can find the list of them here: https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Mold_Breaker_(Ability)), that ability will be suppressed the following turn and only that turn. So for example, if you KO a Mold Breaker Excadrill with a Contrary Serperior, on the next turn if you use Leaf Storm, the SpAtk will drop. If you click on the Serperior's profile it may sometimes show Ability None, which unfortunately isn't just visual for this specific turn. It goes back to normal after this turn though. This bug has just been reported to the Developers, there isn't an ETA for when it will be fixed. Thank you for your report and have a nice day!

  16. Hello @Baganha, Apologies for the inconvenience, I've tested Stealth Rock and confirmed it isn't being affected by Pressure. Took the liberty of checking the other hazard moves (Spikes, Toxic Spikes and Sticky Web) and also confirmed they aren't, which they all should. I've reported this to the Devs just now. Leech Seed and Toxic are being affected. If you have any other moves you think we might have missed, feel free to list them and we'll check them.   17. Hello @CosaNostra, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The multi-hit moves are currently bugged. One of the issues is indeed never hitting 5 times unless used by a Skill Link pokemon. This was already fixed on test server and will be live with the upcoming client update. The other issues you may find are the hits not having individual rolls and critical hit chance (they'll do the same damage and if there's a critical hit all hits will do x1.5 the normal damage) and the chances of hitting 2, 3, 4 or 5 hits are the same, 25%. The Developers are aware and these moves will be reworked (solving all of its problems) sometime after the Mega update drops. Regarding the flinching, we all have experienced or heard from friends what it looks like unfair RNG. So a couple of months ago our Tester team came up with a decently sized sample where we tested Rock Slide's chance of flinching and missing: - Out of 649 Rock Slides used, 67 (10.3%) missed. - The 582 Rock Slides that hit, 173 (29.7%) resulted in a flinch. Even now I've checked and got 7 flinches out of 24 Iron Heads (29.2%). I know from my player experience that there are flinches in a specific turn which make you win/lose games instantly and that alters our perception of reality, but if you cannot provide solid evidence of what you claim I'm afraid we can't do anything about it.   18. The suggestion is already implemented on test server. With the next update, if you click a move that's not what you locked yourself into, you'll get a message warning you about it and the locked move won't go off. You will have the option to repick your move, switch out, use an item or run/surrender, whatever the case may be.
  19. I'm sorry to insist, but unfortunately you did missclick. Probably you got the higher end of the Medium cash prize, the team he uses on Medium is the same as Hard, only the EVs change. 40k for a double boss battle is within the range it's coded, so no bug there either. Have a nice day!

We tested and confirmed that the Psychic Marinas at Eumi Island Town and Battle Tower Arena are not giving the option to keep or not the rerolled IVs. The others at Vermilion City, Olivine City, Mauville City and Canalave City are working as intended. The issue has been reported to our scripters and developers. Have a nice day!
  22. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. but it was a necessary evil to implement the limit. It wasn't initially intended but couldn't be avoided in the end. I understand your frustration, staff are also players who do bosses, we're all gonna have to live with one less 3rd win reward.   23. Hello @ZypaEx, Do you mean you did all the bosses on May 28th (you wrote March) ? The 12 days cooldown did not change with the update, it only added a limit of 20 bosses battled in a period of 6 days and 19 hours. If it's still unclear, feel free to ask questions. Have a nice day!
