As mentioned by Electrocute4u, the dig spots, excavations and headbutt were all disabled because of a crash issue that is related to scripted spawns. Developers are actively working on fixing the issue so that they may be enabled once again. Be sure to join the Discord Server since relevant updates are announced there, in the announcement channel. Hi there @Azog08 My apologies for the inconvenience. You can have a chance to re-catch manaphy by respawning it using the Nikola Boss. This particular boss gives you the opportunity to re-catch a Legendary pokemon that you might have fainted or if you were disconnected from the battle. You may check on this link to see how you can reach Nikola in the Unknown Place, here is also a more detailed guide concerning trainer valley if you are interested. Keep in mind that Nikola is classified as a superboss and does not permit the usage of in-battle items such as potions, upon losing/winning Nikola will go on a 21 days cooldown. Hi there @TrollPlayz My sincerest apologies for the delay and the inconvenience. Fortunately you were able to get back to 0.5%, but keep in mind that next time if a similar issue arises with the WQ you may make a post regarding your lost percentage even if you are not at 0.5% currently because of the rollback. As long as you had submitted enough to reach 0.5%, even if part of it was lost, we will be able to investigate this and give you a mystery ticket if you had given enough. Hi there @Nytracta I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the delay. Unfortunately this issue was done because of a crash and you've lost part of the IV's you submitted. By checking through our tools it looks like you've only submitted 764 IV's in total and 783 iv's was the minimum required to reach 0.5% on Silver. Considering this you cannot be given a mysterious ticket since you didn't contribute enough to reach the desired percentage. Once again I'm deeply sorry, but there is nothing we can do in this case. Could you try to reset it on the dashboard or using this link ? Keep in mind that you must use a password alphanumeric, meaning that it only must contains letters and numbers. Hi there @skunk1 The Heart Scales are available by giving a Luvdisc with a total IV's count that is greater than 90, as shown in the screenshot below. This NPC is located on the south-east part of Aphrodia island, keep in mind that you can only submit fresh caught Luvdiscs and not old ones. After speaking to Cynthia in the Canalave library you must interact with all the bookshelves until one of them provide you the hint to the corresponding quest. Once you've done this you can interact with Cynthia again and she will lead you to Sendoff Spring, located near Route 214.
