Unfortnately, this is simply not possible because we cannot track if crashes were happening at that time or if you were actually defeated during the quest. We cannot just restore anything without a proof. It would also be unfair towards other users who were in a similar situation and got no refund and accepted their losses. Hi there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Back then, you were defeated during the Dark Realm quest which means you have lost and had reset the quest by defeating Horon. Thus, you won't be able to get a chance for the IV reroll ticket which is only eligible for the people who have done the quest without fainting. Kind regards

Shadow Lugia cannot be restored through Nikola. You can encounter him again at the same spot where you encountered him the first time after fainting him accidentally. I'll lock this as resolved.
