Your game process is now restored to the point where you can re-catch darkrai right away. Your Pokeball will be restored later on, once a Dev has time. You can now go to Alucard Castle 3F and re-catch darkrai. After re-catching darkrai, you'll be able to receive your locked IV reroll.

You won't need to do the quest again, we will restore your game process to the point where you can re-catch darkrai right away. If you agree to this, please also delete your Darkrai. I'll be waiting for your reply.

Your account was somehow bugged and you couldn't receive an IV reroll chance. So, we can offer you this procedure if you agree. 1. Delete your Darkrai (The ball you used to catch your Darkrai will be refunded) 2. We convert your account game process to where you can re-catch Darkrai (You should not battle Horon !!!) 3. Hello @poisonnous, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. As you already were told, you have to defeat Horon, who is located in Dark Valley, which is north of Necropolis. Unfortunately I have to say that it's the only possible way to reset Dark Realm again in order to continue the Darkrai quest. Here are some tips that I can tell you to beat Horon. His lineup is Absol, Gengar, Hypno, Bannete, Hydreigon and Zoroark which is weak to Fairy type. For example, you can start with a Clefable and start to boost your stats with Cosmic powers and Calm mind and then use Moonblast. After beating him, you may get a rapidash mount as a reward. If this happens to you, you have to wait 3 days for Horon to respawn and beat him again without fainting any of your Pokemon. After all this, Alucard will respawn in his castlle. Make sure to bring a Pokemon in your party that knows the move Miracle eye in order to continue in Dark Realm again. If you are unsure how to continue in the Dark Realm, I recommend you to follow this guide from 2019. With that being said, I hope I could clarify everything. Hello @ValeXio, Roselia evolves into Roserade by using a shiny stone on it. Addictionally, the deleving request got removed due to the Mysterious Candy got implemented to the game that allows not fully evolved Pokemon to still evolve at level 100. You can purchase it in all four department stores (Celadon City, Goldenrod City, Lilycove City and Veilstone City for 5.000 Pokedollars) or PvE Coin shops (2 PvE coins) and PvP Coin shops (1 PvP coin). However, you can still request a Pokemon restore here if you accidently released a wrong Pokemon. Looking forward for a reply if that worked for you.

Hello @Xx1Wolf1xX, I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. First to start, you don’t have to worry about your account & progress getting deleted as they will be always saved in the database and the issue can be fixed easily. The issue is caused due to the old servers (Red, Blue) have been merged together in one server (Silver). I checked your account, and it seems like you played 25 hours on the Red server. You can merge your account to the new servers in the Dashboard. Please make sure to choose the Red server in order to get your progress back. After the merge, you still may be unable to log into Silver server. You have to reset your password on the Dashboard to fix it. Your password should contain only alphanumeric letters (Letters from A to Z and from 0 to 9), because sometimes different/special characters in your password might block you from login. For more information about the merge and about the errors that might occur with it, please take a look on Everything About The Merge. With that being said, I hope this clarified everything. Hello @LeMouleFrite I'm sorry for the inconveniece. To start, trading items from one account to another account is allowed. You can only trade when you have reached 4 badges. Keep in mind that you can only trade with your account if both of your accounts are on the same server. If it's not the case for you, you can transfer between servers in the Dashboard for free every month. Furthermore, I would like to say that you can have maximum 4 accounts. If you are unsure what other rules there exist in PRO, I recommend you to read the rules here. I hope I could clarify everything, and if you have any further questions, feel free to ask again. Hello @IHArnob, I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. The issue sometimes seem to appear due to the newest Unity version and old hardware from the user. It can be easily fixed after following the steps that I will include now. First, create a shortcut for the PROclient.exe file by right clicking the application and select "create shortcut". After this, right click the shortcut and add the parameters -force-glocre into the Target as in the screenshot shown below. Hello @kishanb1112002 , The content scripters looked into your issue again, and it seems like that the perish song from the mega gengar in Dark Realm caused the issue. You really need to beat Umbra before the third turn of perish song have finished. Even if you beat him in the turn of Perish song, which is supposed to take down all Pokemon on the field, the fight will result in a loss, which happened to you. Unfortunately, I have to say that you need to do this part of the quest again until Umbra disappears from the cave. So you have to beat Horon in Dark valley again, and then enter beat Alucard in his castle with a Miracle eye Pokemon. Also, if you had been teleported to "Dark Corridor" before after you "won" against Umbra in your second try, it means that you didn't defeat Umbra. Hello @ZiahRose I would like to say that the game is in fact a MMO, but it's based on the actually real Pokemon games, where you can't have your own house except the starter house where you live. The best to do would be to make a suggestion here. However, there are already Pokecenters to store your Pokemon, and a backpack to store your items in the game, which has a similar feature like the "houses". Currently, there are no plans for introducing such thing in PRO, but however if there will ever be, it will be announced in the official PRO discord server. Have a nice day! Kind regards, Exotyc
