Hello @Tharun2007, as Norex have already mentioned, you can transfer between servers via the Dashboard for free every 30 days. In case you want to transfer more than once in a month, you will have to pay addictional 100 coins. Kind regards.

Hello again, could you try it with -force-d3d11 and -force-opengl? Also make sure to add a space between .exe and -force as in the screenshot shown above. If this still didn't work, can you please follow this procedure: 1. Delete PRO and all PRO related files 2. Flush the trashbin 3. Re-download the game at this link First check if it crashes or not. If it crashes, please try the additional procedure and check once more. - Update your Display/Graphical Drivers - Update your Windows Version - Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus - Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space I'll be waiting for your reply.

Hello @Dubllex, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. To start off, defeating Horon in Dark Valley will cause a 3 day cooldown and the NPC will disappear if you have received a Rapidash mount as a reward. After 3 days, Horon will reappear again and you can fight him. After beating him, Alucard will spawn in his castle, and make sure to bring a Pokemon who knows the move Miracle eye in order to continue the Dark Realm quest. Let me know if that worked. Hello @Martin551, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. You have an outdated version of the PRO client and you have to redownload it from this link. Make sure to delete your old PRO files. Currently, there is a glitch going on where you can't autopatch with Windows, and the devs are aware of this and should be fixed soon. Kind regards, Exotyc

Hello @DMHimSelf, I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. This glitch was caused due to one of the new clients that got released. The devs are fully aware of this, and should be fixed soon. However, I can help you here. Click on the resolution, and move it with your arrow keys to your desired resolution The option box is luckily a free movable box. After this, find the "apply button" from the Options by moving it with your mouse and hit apply. I'll be waiting for a reply if that worked. Kind regards, Exotyc
