Pulse la tecla F2 Escriba clean reg Pulse la tecla enter Si sigue esos pasos en ese orden, su configuración debería reiniciarse a la configuración por defecto y debería poder usar el cliente correctamente.   7. Greetings, @Jacksonlim The issue sometimes seems to appear due to the newest Unity version and old hardware from the user. It can be fixed after following these steps: First, create a shortcut for the PROclient.exe file by right clicking the application and select "create shortcut". After this, right click the shortcut and add the parameters -force-d3d11 or -force-opengl or -force-glcore into the Target as in the screenshot shown below. Make sure to add a space between .exe and -force. Let us know if this resolved your issue! Kind regards, Kvar

  9. Greetings, @Jacksonlim Could you try temporarily disabling your Antivirus before you boot up PROClient.exe? If needed, delete all PRO related files, disable your antivirus, download the 64 client and boot it up. If this does not work, could you try instead to download the 32 client?   19. Greetings, @Souza85 I apologise for the inconvenience. This is a known bug and our developers are currently working on it. You can purchase a Mysterious Candy in any Department Store for 5000 pokedollars or with PvP or PvE coins and you can use it to evolve your Weedle into Kakuna and use another one to evolve Kakuna onto Beedrill.   20. Greetings, @Knightguru2 Once you download the .zip file from the downloads page, you only need to rightclick the file and select the "Extract in a folder" option. Once it's extracted, you only need to find the ProClient.exe file and double click on it. The client should boot up. If you download it on Android, you will only have to tap on the .apk file you downloaded. An install prompt will pop up and you will be able to install the ProClient apk. Keep in mind that you will need to allow "External Application Installation" in your Android options. When you tap onto the installed app, you should be able to play PRO!
