Greetings, @Lycand When you engage in a trade with another person and the pokemon was caught in a Region that you haven't accessed yet, there will be a prompt where it states that you will be unable to use the pokemon as it will be locked in your PC. Unfortunately, we cannot unlock the pokemon for you, you will have to reach that Region in your adventure. I'm sorry that we cannot assist you further. Kind regards, Kvar

Unfortunately, we cannot reset your boss cooldowns as it would be unfair towards other users who happened to go through the same issue in the past. Nikola and other bosses were reworked so that when the servers crashed in the middle of the fight, the cooldowns would be reset so that players could fight them again. As the issue was caused on your end, we regrettably cannot do anything to resolve it. Kind regards, Kvar

  7. Greetings @cyw753 Could it be that the wild Solosis used Skill Swap on your Tangrowth (which has Regenerator), and then you captured it? When you capture a pokemon that has the Trace ability or used a move like Skill Swap or Role Play, it will wrongly display the ability it has copied in battle instead of the original ability it had.   9. Greetings, @xznhanprozx008 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we cannot deevolve Dragonair into Dratini as we do not have the tools to do so. You can teach Dragonair HM or TM moves such as Surf or Waterfall to easily level up in any cave. If you have any other issues, please let us know! Kind regards, Kvar

Greetings, @SnowBoardIsLife As Norex mentioned above, your Riolu should be able to evolve after using a Mysterious Candy on it after meeting the following conditions: -Maximum happiness -Using the Candy on the Daytime (10:00 to 20:00). You can purchase a Mysterious Candy in any Department Store for 5.000 pokedollars or PvP or PvE coins. Could you let us know if this solution has helped you? Kind regards, Kvar

Sometimes the easy solution is to log out, log in, have your pokemon defeat in battle and level up or fight wild pokemon again. I've forwarded your issue again. The fix for now is to use Mysterious Candy and use them once you feel your pokemon should evolve and when they meet their evolving requirements, as they were introduced to fix issues similar to this one (evolutions not triggering when they should). You can purchase them in any Department Store for 5000 Pokedollars. Alternatively, you may also purchase them with PvP or PvE Coins. Once again, I sincerely apologise, as this issue has caused you multiple problems during your stay. If you have any other issues, please let us know! Kind regards, Kvar
