You may need to click the login button several times before being able to login in. Alternatively, you can try to use a VPN (This is a free one among multiple options) or try to connect directly by pressing the F2 key to open the console and write : "Connect 92.119.158.4 800" (92.119.158.4 801 for Gold) and then press the enter key.   4. Greetings, @Muneb Black Medallion is currently working properly. I understand the frustration fully and I extend my hand to you. Sometimes luck is never on our side and we cannot find the pokemon with the right ability we may need The only advice we can currently provide is to keep hunting like you've been doing. Check if your Black Medallion is active in the top left corner of your screen, and if it is, keep hunting! Eventually you will get the pokemon you are looking for Kind regards, Kvar

Greetings, @NUNONITROX Unfortunately, we cannot restore any used items in battle due to rollback or crashes due to our rollback policy, as it would be unfair towards other users who went through the same in the past. You can earn money by doing Kanto Missions, Dig Spots, Pokestops and finding monetary items around Kanto and Johto. Additionally, fighting wild Pokemon in Dragon's Den can also earn you a lot of quick money. Additionally, you can keep refighting the Elite Four as it rewards infinite money as long as you don't complete the challenge. Kind regards, Kvar

Pulse la tecla F2 Escriba clean reg Pulse la tecla enter Si sigue esos pasos en ese orden, su configuración debería reiniciarse a la configuración por defecto y debería poder usar el cliente correctamente.   21. Greetings, @Jacksonlim The issue sometimes seems to appear due to the newest Unity version and old hardware from the user. It can be fixed after following these steps: First, create a shortcut for the PROclient.exe file by right clicking the application and select "create shortcut". After this, right click the shortcut and add the parameters -force-d3d11 or -force-opengl or -force-glcore into the Target as in the screenshot shown below. Make sure to add a space between .exe and -force. Let us know if this resolved your issue! Kind regards, Kvar

  23. Greetings, @Jacksonlim Could you try temporarily disabling your Antivirus before you boot up PROClient.exe? If needed, delete all PRO related files, disable your antivirus, download the 64 client and boot it up. If this does not work, could you try instead to download the 32 client?
