Greetings, @taskiner You can purchase a Mysterious Candy in the PvP, PvE Coin Shops or in any Department Store and then use it like a Rare Candy on your Sliggoo, even at level 100. You need to use it in an area where it rains. To know if it rains, enable the Weather effects in your option settings ingame. One of the most frequent places is Pastoria City in Sinnoh, where it almost always rains. You can use a Candy there and it should trigger your evolution prompt. Please, let me know if this has worked for you :)

With these Casino Chips you can then play Quack Jack up to 10 per hand, and if you win the Chips are converted to Casino Coins. Could you try having your Eevee faint in a wild battle, then healing it in a Pokecenter, going to the map "Love Island" (as in the picture you provided above) and giving it a Rare Candy with the move Baby-Doll Eyes learned? Looking forward to your response.

Greetings, @DarkGangster Ferroseed's ability, Iron Barbs, has a 5% chance to actually be Hidden Ability when it evolves and it will become Anticipation once it evolves to Ferrothorn. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do, as this is intended and can unfortunately happen with other pokemon such as Pupitar with Shed Skin evolving into Tyranitar with its Hidden Ability.
