Hello @Uxxelmon. My apologies for the inconvenience caused. Due to how waterfalls are mapped, this issue cannot be easily fixed. The waterfall counts as surfing tiles, so you will be able to encounter Pokémon on them. One way to avoid encounters, and this issue, is by using a repel before climbing a waterfall. Though you may think it is not practical, it is the only way to avoid this issue at this time. My apologies for not being able to assist you further, but I hope you can understand.

Hello @quantingnide. My apologies for the late response. You'll need to defeat Nikola boss to earn another chance at capturing Articuno. Once you defeat Nikola, Articuno will respawn at the same location where you first tried to catch it. I hope this clears up any doubts you had. Hello @Kandl3. My apologies for the late response. You can evolve your Marshtomp by using a Mysterious Candy on it. This item will trigger the evolution of a level 100 Pokémon that meets its evolutionary requirements. For Marshtomp, this means being over level 36. You can purchase a Mysterious Candy from any department store, PvE Shop, or PvP Shop for 5,000 Pokédollars, 2 PvE Coins, or 1 PvP Coin, respectively. Hello @Dahitta. My apologies for the late response. Are you still unable to move? If so, can you try the following options: Use the keys Alt+Tab Logout and log back in Use an Escape Rope. This will teleport you back to the previous Pokémon center you visited Have another player send you a battle request and logout during the match. This will place you back to the previous Pokémon center you visited If none of these options worked, please let me know and provide a timeframe for when you'll be online.
