  1. Hello @Ketan1010, @futz. My apologies for the late response. Items from the PvE shop are normally untradeable. However, each month, three items from the PvE shop are made tradable. These three items are announced in the #announcements channel of the PRO Discord server. For the month of April, Akatsuki Robe, S Salamence Mount, S Snorlax Mount were made tradeable. So, the Buster Sword and TDWL Hat are not tradeable this month. If you would like to suggest a description of their tradability be added, please use the Suggestions subforum. Unfortunately, we cannot force the trade as this would be unfair to everyone else who has to (or has had to) wait until the items are tradeable.   3. Hello @PisForPenguin. My apologies for the late response. According to our database, you never merged your Red and Blue accounts, so there is no data on Silver server. However, you'll first need to make an appeal here. If your appeal is successful, then you will be free to merge. Afterwards, you will be able to transfer. I hope this clears things up.   4. Hello @BarsBars. My apologies for the inconvenience you experienced. Unfortunately, there is no way to recover the Solgaleo since it was counted as a loss and you did not catch it. Furthermore, we cannot restore your Mysterious Ticket because we cannot verify if the disconnect was on our end or yours. We also cannot verify if you would have won the battle/catch the Pokémon. It would also be unfair to previous players who were also denied. Though this may be disappointing, please try to understand. Have a great rest of your day.

  6. After consulting with our Content Scripters, we have concluded there is no glitch or bug. Make sure you are checking every crevice of every map.
  7. Try going to the registration page and inserting the name there. If a username is available, it will show this: If a username is not available, it will show this: This checks both servers, so you won't have a different name when the server merge happens. The coins needed for the change should be in your account prior to your request.
  8. Hello @Enyalius. Can you try using a Mysterious Candy on your Magneton while inside either the Powerplant, New Mauville, or Mt. Coronet? The Mysterious Candy should trigger the evolution. If it does not, please let me know.
  9. Hello @futz. Username changes are possible. You can request a name change from the dashboard, however, keep in mind that each name change costs 500 coins. Log into the dashboard with the same credentials you use to log into the game, click the "Change Username" feature on the bottom left, and insert your desired new name. Make sure the name is available first and please read the bullet points listed on the Change Username page. If you have any further questions, please let me know.
  10. Hello @elbruno. My apologies for the late response. Thank you for taking time to report this. The Artist team was already aware of this and a fix for it has been made. It will be added on the next client update. We will not refund your tokens since there was no mistake on the purchase. As we wait for the fix to be implemented, we ask for your patience.

  12. Hello @kaanalim. My apologies for the inconvenience you experienced. The Reroll Ticket NPC(Psychic Marina) is currently bugged. The Developers are fully aware and are working on a solution. Please avoid using it in the meantime until a fix has been made. You have been reimbursed with x3 Reroll Tickets.

You are the only person to report a possible bug with the Easter baskets, so I'm inclined to think there is no bug, but rather you missed a basket. Make sure to check every corner. Nonetheless, I will consult with our Content Scripters to make sure there is no bug. Once they have replied, I will inform you.

The developers are fully aware and it is already planned to add an animation for every move. I hope this clears things up. If not, or if you have further questions, please let me know.

  22. Hello @Helar. My apologies for the inconvenience. Could you try lowering your Riolu’s happiness by having it faint against a wild Pokémon, then maxing out the happiness once more and seeing if that triggers the evolution? If not, please let me know.
  23. Hello @quantingnide. In order to access the Johto region, you must first defeat the Kanto Elite Four. Afterwards, speak with Professor Oak in his lab in Pallet Town and then make your way back to the Pokémon League Reception Gate. From there, take the southern exit and you’ll reach Route 26. Continue through the path and you’ll eventually reach New Bark Town, the first town of Johto.
  24. Hello @Mochi00. My apologies for the late response. Grassy Terrain, along with the other terrains, are not yet coded into the game. All moves are already planned to be added into the game, but there is no ETA for any move in particular. Once they have been coded, it will be posted in either the Update Logs, the #announcements channel of the PRO Discord server, or both. Also, I will edit the Grassy Terrain wiki page to make it abundantly clear it is not yet coded, so no more players face the same confusion. If you have any further questions, please let me know.
  25. Hello @Bugcatchertimmy. My apologies for the late response. As shown in the picture above, Psychic Gertrude was only available up to the 17th of April. Since that date has passed, she is no longer available and any unused locked-IV rerolls from Valentine's Day are null.
