Somehow accidentally deleted Pokémon
Epithet replied to Lalala93's topic in Resolved General Support
Hello @lalala93. Apologies for the late reply. I've restored your Charizard, can you check and confirm it? In the future, please make these type of requests in Restore Pokémon Megathread. -
Hello @swastik2605. In order to become a Moderator—or any staff member—you must first apply to the position. To know when applications are open, keep an eye on this page. You can see the qualifications for each position in its respective thread. Alternatively, you can find out about staff recruitment in the official PRO Discord server, in the announcement channel. There will be a post there when recruitment is open. Hopefully this resolves your issue.

Hello @Daniel4949. Apologies for the late reply. At this point of the story, Rock Smash is not needed. Assuming that you have defeated the Rustboro City Gym, talked with the devon worker just outside the gym, retrieved the Devon Goods from Team Magma/Aqua in Rusturf Tunnel, and saved Peeko, you should make your way to the southern section of Route 104 and enter the house there. Inside, the NPC will offer to take you to Dewford Town for small fee. Before leaving, make sure you have the letter given by Mr. Stone inside the Devon Corp building in Rustboro City. If you find yourself struggling with the Hoenn story again, read this post for a complete walkthrough. Hopefully this resolves your issue.

Hello @Kaiserf11and welcome back to PRO. We aren't offering account resets anymore, but you can create a new account, and start fresh on that one. Keep in mind that you are allowed up to 4 accounts. Alternatively, you can login on the opposing server, Silver in your case, and have a fresh start there too. You should use a different email to register an account. Afterwards, you can change it to your existing email on the PRO dashboard. To do that, simply login, click "My Account", then click "Email", and insert your desired email. Hopefully this answers your questions.

Hello @IamkelLy, apologies for the inconvenience. Have you perhaps attempted the Pinkan Island quest or the Heatran quest? The Pinkan Island quest will take all your Pokéballs and the Heatran quest will take your Master Balls until you finish the quests. After finishing the quests, you can reclaim them from the same NPC that took them. The Pokémon Ranger for the Pinkan Island quest and Buck for the Heatran quest. Hopefully this resolves your issue. If not, please let me know.

Hello @Ankh3r. A Pokémon in your PC with a lock signals that it is "region locked", meaning you have not reached the region it is from. To unlock it, you must reach the region it was caught in. Doing so will allow you to take it out of your PC and use it. Hopefully this answers your question.

Hello @GhostWit. Apologies for the late reply. It looks like you used your free transfer on the 10th of November. As you might assume, this means you will be able to transfer again for free on the 10th of December. Hopefully this answers your question.

Transfer pokes, coins and pokedolars from silver to gold?
Epithet replied to Rafaelstein's topic in Resolved General Support
Hello @RafaelStein. You can transfer all your belongings from the Silver server to the Gold server with the Server Transfer feature on the PRO Dashboard. To do so, simply log in, click the "Server Transfer" feature under Tools on the left side, and then click "Transfer for free". It will take a few minutes for the transfer to go through. You are allowed to transfer for free once every 30 days, however, any subsequent transfers will cost 100 coins. There is currently no cooldown timer for the free transfer, so noting down when you transferred is advisable. To trade between accounts, you can open two clients and trade with yourself. Do note, that both accounts will need the 4th Kanto badge. Hopefully this answers your question. -
Hello @finnderboss. Apologies for the late reply. Hone claws is now properly coded and implemented into PRO in the form of a TM Tutor. It is located in Pastoria City, on the right side, near the water. You will need to surf to reach it and it will cost 7k per tutee. Hopefully this answers your question.
