  8. Hello @Luckymarki. Apologies for the inconvenience. As Iceflake mentioned, only Lickilicky is able to learn Block via tutor. Such a tutor has not been added into PRO yet, so Lickilicky cannot learn Block at this time. You can make a suggestion for a move tutor for Block to be added. If you have anymore questions or issues, please let me know.
