  1. Hello @Phanikumar, Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and sorry for any inconvenience that it may have caused. Do you remember what happened beforehand? Did you send or receive a trade request? Was there a previous trade with Spiderbanana or someone else inside the Pokecenter? Were you asked to confirm the trade before the window opened? We will continue to investigate the problem, but any kind of information would be helpful and would allow us to replicate it more easily. Regards, Unowned
  2. Hello @Bestintheworldx, Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and sorry for any inconvenience that it may have caused. There is currently a bug with Choice items that only occurs during boss battles. The problem was recently forwarded to our Devs and will hopefully be fixed soon. We appreciate your patience in the meantime. If you wish to report a different bug, feel free to create a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center. Thanks again and have a good day! Regards, Unowned
  3. Hello @Karyoplasma, Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We were able to confirm that some rubberbanding is currently preventing players from accessing the reported tile. The issue has already been forwarded to our Mappers and will hopefully be fixed soon. If you wish to report a different bug, feel free to create a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center. Thanks again and have a good day! Regards, Unowned
  4. Hello @Phanikumar, Thank you for your report. As Xxdemonangelxx pointed out, this behavior is intended. If the Knock Off user faints due to the target's Ability (Rough Skin or Iron Barbs) or item (Rocky Helmet), it cannot remove the target's held item. This is why Ferrothorn retained its Leftovers. If you wish to report something else, please feel free to create a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center. Thank you and have a good day! Regards, Unowned
  5. Hello @Ivonle, Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and apologies for any inconvenience that it may have caused. We were able to confirm that a Pokemon's sleep counter currently resets to its original amount when switched out (even if self-induced by Rest). This behavior has been reported to our Devs and the problem will hopefully be fixed soon. If you wish to report a different bug, please feel free to make a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center. Thanks again and have a good day! Regards, Unowned
  6. Hello @Dropepe, Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and sorry for any inconvenience that it may have caused. The bug was forwarded to our Content Scripters and has now been fixed. If you check Route 101 again, all grunts should be gone. If this is not the case, please let us know. If you wish to report a different bug, feel free to create a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center. Thanks again and have a good day! Regards, Unowned
  7. Hello @Sahtiar, Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and sorry for any inconvenience that it may have caused. This glitch is known, but there is a quick workaround. If you leave Diamond Empire East Wing and reenter the map, you should be able to interact with Nosepass and progress properly. If you are still stuck after doing this, please let us know. If you wish to report a different bug, feel free to make a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center. Thanks again and have a good day! Best, Unowned
  8. Hello @Starboy101, Thank you for taking the time to make this report. Sleep lasts 1-3 turns. This means that, when you put a Pokemon to sleep, it is only guaranteed to be asleep for a single turn. It will then have a chance to wake up every turn. After testing current sleep mechanics in game using the move Spore, we managed to encounter all three possible scenarios. You may have been unlucky so far. However, if the opposing Pokemon skips its guaranteed turn of sleep, we invite you to take a screenshot of the battle log to confirm whether there may be a bug that only occurs under specific circumstances. Please let us know if anything still seems unclear. If you wish to report a different bug, feel free to create a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center. Thanks again and have a good day! Regards, Unowned
  9. Hello @Ninah, Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and sorry for any inconvenience that it may have caused. It was already forwarded to our CS team and it should now be fixed. If you wish to report a different bug, feel free to create a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center. Thanks again and have a good day! Regards, Unowned
  10. Hello @Q25, We are glad to know that your bug report has been properly addressed. I will lock this thread for now, but please feel free to create a new one in the Bug Resolution Center whenever you wish to report a different issue. Thank you and have a good day! Regards, Unowned
  11. Hello @Uxxelmon, Thank you for taking the time to report this potential issue and sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We were able to confirm that two Knockout Drops are needed to faint a Pokemon with Sturdy if it has full HP. This behavior was reported to our Developers, who will determine whether it is intended or not, since Sturdy Pokemon are naturally supposed to resist knockouts. If you wish to report a difference issue, please feel free to create a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center. Thanks again and have a good day! Regards, Unowned
  12. Hello @Kaio543, Thank you for taking the time to make this report. This behavior may seem weird but is actually intended and hasn't changed since Generation VI. In general, the outcome is determined by the weather that is active at the start of the turn, as well as the Mega Evolution order and the initial ability of each Pokemon. For example, if Rain is active at the start of the turn, Mega Swampert will still go first even if Charizard Mega evolves into Mega Charizard Y and sets up Sun. However, if Rain is active at the start of the turn and Swampert is also not Mega evolved, Charizard will Mega evolve, set up Sun, and outspeed it even if it Mega evolves as well. Both examples assume optimal Speeds for Swampert and Charizard. In the first case, Mega Swampert's ability is Swift Swim; in the second case, Swampert's ability is either Torrent or Damp, meaning that the active weather at the start of the turn won't affect its Speed. If you wish to report something else, please feel free to create a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center. Thank you and have a good day! Regards, Unowned
  13. Hello @Prosparity, Thank you for your report. This behavior is actually intended. Thanks to No Guard, Machamp is able to deal damage to Pokemon during the semi-invulnerable turn of a move like Dig. I hope I was able to clear up any confusion regarding the scenario that you encountered. If you wish to report something else, please feel free to create a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center. Thank you and have a good day! Regards, Unowned
  14. Hello @EiFinai, This is not a bug, but rather the intended behavior. Trades negatively affect your Pokemon's happiness. When you trade a Pokemon, its happiness is always reset to 70. In this case, Togepi's happiness was reset to 70 when the person who was training it traded it back to you. The happiness bar of your Togepi is also visible next to its HP and you can use the /happy command to double-check its current happiness. If you wish to report something else, please feel free to create a new thread in General Support or in Bug Resolution Center, depending on the nature of your request. Have a good day! Regards, Unowned
  15. Hello @Ortegajd, Thank you for taking the time to report this potential issue. We were unable to reproduce the bug you are describing. In every scenario that we tested, the Outrage user was the only one taking damage due to confusion. However, we noted that, when a Pokemon becomes confused, the confusion message appears after the Outrage message but before the actual hit. In those cases, it almost looks like confusion is damaging the opposing Pokemon, when it's actually Outrage doing so. Do you believe this could have been what happened? Otherwise, please feel free to provide us with any piece of information that could allow us to recreate the issue. Thank you and have a good day! Regards, Unowned
  16. Hello again @devilboy07, There are 3 crystals in Dragonspiral Tower 3F, but there is one more in Dragonspiral Tower 2F. It is well hidden but visible. Can you please go back to Dragonspiral Tower 2F and interact with it? If the barrier is still there after doing so, let us know. Thank you. Regards, Unowned
  17. Hello @Mochi00, The barrier will not be gone until you activate a total of 4 crystals. One of them is located on a different floor. We recommend going back to Dragonspiral Tower 2F and looking for it. It is well hidden but visible. Please let us know if you are still stuck after interacting with this fourth crystal. If you wish to report something else, please feel free to create a new thread in General Support or in Bug Resolution Center, depending on the nature of your request. Have a good day! Regards, Unowned
  18. Hello @devilboy07, As @Lyn1311 already said, you need to activate a total of 4 crystals in order to progress. One of them is located on a different floor. We recommend going back to Dragonspiral Tower 2F and looking for it. If you wish to report something else, please feel free to create a new thread in General Support or in Bug Resolution Center, depending on the nature of your request. Have a good day! Regards, Unowned
  19. Hello @sehuno, Thank you for taking the time to record the battle. At first glance, the damage dealt by Manaphy to Ferrothorn may seem off, especially when factoring in Life Orb. However, nothing came up when we tested Tail Glow to double-check this potential issue. We decided to investigate previous turns and discovered that Aurora Veil was up on the opposing side of the field. With that information in mind, the damage calculation appears to be normal, though we would need to know Ferrothorn's HP percentage for confirmation. We hope we were able to clear up any confusion regarding this situation. Otherwise, feel free to let us know. If you wish to report a different issue, you may create a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center. Thanks again and have a good day! Regards, Unowned
  20. Hello @Imperfecton, Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and sorry for any inconvenience that it may have caused. After running some tests, we discovered a bug with moves that have recoil. If any of those moves activates a berry that restores the HP of an opposing Pokemon, like Sitrus Berry or Oran Berry, the move user will take no recoil damage even though it should. This bug has been reported to our developers and will hopefully be fixed soon. If you wish to report a different issue, you may create a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center. Thanks again and have a good day! Regards, Unowned
  21. Hello @LeDxpaleSgz16, Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and sorry for any inconvenience that it may have caused. Our team is already aware of the problem and a temporary workaround has been implemented in the meantime. If you interact with Psychic Marina, you should be able to view and load one of the three latest IV changes for your legendary Pokemon for free. The IVs that did not show due to the bug will appear among them. If you have any further questions, please let us know. If you wish to report a different issue, feel free to create a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center. Thanks again and have a good day! Regards, Unowned
  22. Hello @6Bellion9, Thank you for the report. Please make sure that at least one of your Pokemon knows HM05 - Flash, then head to the dark tunnel. Once you are there, select that Pokemon and click on the move Flash. You have to be inside the location that you wish to light up. A quick client restart may also help. Let us know if the issue persists after following these steps. Regards, Unowned
  23. Hello @BingeDrinker, Thank you for reporting this issue and sorry for the inconvenience. Our team was able to confirm that Rest is currently bugged. It restores the Pokemon's HP without curing its status condition. The bug has been forwarded to our Developers and will hopefully be fixed soon. We appreciate your patience. If you wish to report a different issue, you can create a new thread in the Bug Resolution Center. Thanks again and have a good day! Regards, Unowned
