  1. Hello @KingEros, Thank you for taking the time to report this matter and my apologies for any inconvenience that it may have caused. It appears that this issue may be similar to the one where a player finds two opponents at the same time, thus resulting in one of those players seemingly timing out of the battle. I have forwarded the problem to the relevant parties. When you found the second opponent, did your rating change or did it remain unchanged? Thank you and have a good day!
  2. Hello @Sia, Thank you for taking the time to report these map issues. I have forwarded them to the Mapper team. Have a good day!
  3. Hello @Napolion22n! Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this issue, which is known. Sometimes, a player may find 2 opponents at once. The player in question was already in a battle with someone else, so your match against him was canceled. I hope this clears up any confusion regarding the situation. Have a good day!
  4. Welcome back to PRO, @AmeryllRowe! I hope you will enjoy your stay here. If you ever have any questions, please let us know. See you around!

  6. Hello @sryu1, Yes, that behavior was incorrect and is now working as intended. Upon fainting, a Mega evolved Pokémon will revert to its regular form. Have a good day, Unowned
  7. Hello @sryu1, You can only Mega evolve your Pokémon once per battle, meaning that, if your Mega Pokémon faints, you will revive its regular form while being unable to Mega evolve it a second time. Once that battle has ended, you are able to Mega evolve it again during the next one. Salamence will retain its regular form outside of battles. I hope this answers your question! Have a good day, Unowned
  8. Hello, @Thexanada96yt! I also love pizza! I hope you will enjoy your stay here. If you ever have any questions, please let us know. See you around!
  9. Hello @Limit, When equipped with a Choice Scarf, your Modest Magnezone reaches 315 Speed (210*1.5) and is still slower than the opposing Gengar. If there was a different issue involving Focus Sash, please let me know. Thank you and have a good day, Unowned

  14. Hello @Katawaredokifan, Thank you for your report. Chansey does, indeed, spawn there at all times. However, upon further inspection, it appears that the Chansey spawn in Route 13 is rougher at night, because of additional nocturnal spawns like Oddish (Tier 1), Gloom (Tier 2), and Venomoth (Tier 3). Here are all the rarity tiers for that route: If you continue to farm Chansey in Route 13, you should be able to encounter some even at night. Thank you and good luck, Unowned
  15. Hello @HailieKitten, Thank you for your report. The issue has now been fixed. Have a good day, Unowned
  16. Hello @AshCatsup, Thank you for your report. Would you be able to provide me with more context? Did you maybe have Sticky Web on your side of the field? Were there other active effects, such as Tailwind or Trick Room? I have tried to replicate this situation and was always able to outspeed Magnezone after Knocking Off its Choice Scarf, so I am going to need further details to pinpoint the issue. Thank you for your cooperation, Unowned
  17. Hello @JayElijah, Thank you for your report. I have tested this interaction to confirm the issue. Protect should prevent Bounce paralysis from occurring. The problem has been forwarded and will be taken care of. Thank you for your patience and have a good day, Unowned
  18. Hello @RafArnaldi, Thank you for your report and sorry about the inconvenience. Does your Aerodactyl have a total of 60+ IVs between Atk, Def, Sp. Atk, and Spd? If so, would you be able to teach it a different Dragon-type move? I have forwarded this issue and I suspect that it might have to do with Dragon Breath itself. Assuming acceptable IVs, your Aerodactyl should be eligible with any other Dragon-type move. Let me know if you still encounter the same problem. Have a good day, Unowned
  19. Hello @Bolt18 and @munchin, Thank you for the clarification. The team is aware of this issue and is working on solving it. Thank you for your patience, Unowned
  20. Hello @iceflake, Thank you for your report. The base power of Frustration decreases with happiness and should be minimal with max happiness. However, the base power of Return is currently coded to always be 102, so I recommend using Return for now. Have a good day, Unowned
  21. Hello @munchin, Thank you for your report and sorry for any inconvenience caused by this issue. The problem has been forwarded and will be taken care of. Just to make sure, you are still able to endlessly interact with the Lopunny NPC to submit your Lopunny, correct? Thank you for your patience and have a good day, Unowned
