  1. Hello @Screams, Thank you for the follow-up reply. If you can send us a lengthy version of the battle log at your earliest convenience, that will be really helpful. I tried using Protect and Disable against Staraptor in several boss battles, but I was unable to run into the issue that you described before. Is it possible that you forgot to Mega evolve your Banette? Here is a screenshot of the result that I obtained against Naruto Fanboy's Staraptor: Thank you for your patience as we continue to investigate this case!
  2. Hello @Screams, Thank you for providing us with additional information. Based on recent PvP tests, using Disable in conjunction with Protect works as intended. Did the initial scenario that you described take place in PvP or against a boss? Did you also use Disable earlier during the match? Since Disable seems to be working properly, it is possible that a misclick happened. I would recommend taking a screenshot of the battle log the next time that you encounter this issue. With more context and information, we should be able to address it better. We will still continue to investigate the reported matter for any potential bugs. Feel free to post here if the issue arises again or create a new thread to report something different. Thank you for your time and have a good day!
  3. Hello @Screams, I would like to ask you for more information in order to replicate what happened. Would you be able to walk me through the important turns of the scenario that you are describing? For example, on the turn that Staraptor used Brave Bird, what did Mega Banette use? What about the previous turn and the next one? Did you Mega evolve Banette before Staraptor used Brave Bird? Looking forward to your reply!

  7. Hello @Cyanirl, Thank you for providing us with these details. We will do our best to investigate this occurrence and solve any potential bugs that we may encounter. If you have any specific information regarding the matches, the Pokémon, and the overall context of the issue that you are reporting that could help us, please feel free to share it with us. Narrowing down the potential search areas will allow us to solve this problem in a timely manner. Have a good day!

  9. Hello @PookeBR, Thank you for taking the time to report this urgent issue. All Mailboxes will remain disabled until a fix is implemented. Have a good day!
  10. Hello @Cyanirl, Thank you for reporting this potential issue and sorry for any inconvenience that it may have caused. In order to investigate this situation properly, I am going to need extra information. Have you completed all 4 regions? Are you able to move around or store the first Pokémon in your party? If it is a region-locked Pokémon, that may explain the issue since you would not be able to select a different Pokémon to lead with. Can you also confirm that this occurred in a PvP format? If there is any other useful information that you could provide us with, please let us know about it. Thank you and have a good day!
  11. Hello @Ankitchauarasia, Thank you for the report and sorry for any inconvenience caused by this situation. I was able to receive Tier 2 hints when doing the Sinnoh Underground quest and ended up with a 25% chance to guess the location of the Treasure Room, while another Tester received a Tier 3 hint and accessed it right away. We both only tried the quest once, so it is safe to assume that there are no major issues. The hints themselves are random and it is entirely possible to be unlucky several days in a row, which would explain why you have not yet received any of the Tier 3 hints. Make sure that you are interacting with all 8 NPCs every day (2 per cave). With Tier 2 hints, you have a 25% chance to find the Treasure Room. With any of the Tier 3 hints, you are basically guaranteed to find it. You may also check this Sinnoh Underground guide for some useful information. If all of the NPCs constantly return the same Tier 1 hint, I suggest making a recording or posting a series of screenshots that would allow us to look into your specific issue better. However, this is most likely due to bad luck, so I would recommend persevering until you receive a Tier 3 hint. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Have a good day!
  12. Hello @Astherion, I am sorry about the inconvenience caused by this situation. You will be able to battle Raikou and get its seen data once you start the Legendary Beasts Quest in Johto. You can encounter Entei, Raikou, and Suicune in Ecruteak City if you visit the Bell Tower after becoming the Johto League Champion. Following a short cutscene, all three Pokémon will flee. You can then go to Mt. Silver 3F to find Raikou again. If this still does not solve your issue, please let us know. Have a good day!

  16. Hello @IdealClover3370, It appears that the confusion might be due to Slaking being slower than Tangrowth. This could be because you used a move like Hammer Arm against one of Erika's previous Pokémon. If Slaking KO'd a Pokémon, it would make sense for Tangrowth to go first before you get a chance to hit it (Turn #1). Based on the battle log, Tangrowth is faster, so it is able to attack Slaking a second time before you hit it with Giga Impact (Turn #2). While Slaking is recharging once again, Tangrowth hits it with another Giga Drain (Turn #3). Finally, Slaking is no longer loafing around, but Tangrowth is faster and makes it faint with an ultimate Giga Drain (Turn #4). I tried to recreate the same scenario and ended up with this battle log: I hope that you find this explanation to be satisfactory. If there is any useful information not shown in the screenshot that you posted, please feel free to provide us with a lengthier version. Have a good day!
  17. Hello @dangarangs, Additional information is no longer needed. We figured out the issue and it will be fixed soon. Thank you again for your report. Have a good day!
  18. Hello @dangarangs, Thank you for taking the time to make this report. You keep mentioning Yawn, but the screenshot that you posted shows Sleep Powder instead. Can you specify which move you encountered the issue with? Is there any other information that you could share with us in order to replicate this potential issue more easily? I followed the steps indicated in your original post and could not trigger the Sleep Clause. Looking forward to your response!
  19. Hello @Trumpdump, Thank you for the update! I am glad that you can finally progress with the story. Good luck and have a nice day!
  20. Hello @Trumpdump, Did you also hack the correct computer in the 8-computer room in Mahogany Town Rocket Hideout B3F? You may check this link for more map details. Once both computers are hacked, the Rocket grunts guarding the main computer should disappear. Looking forward to your reply!
  21. Hello @DeriTmai, As Norex already explained, you still need to have Reroll Tickets in your inventory in order to benefit from the Double Reroll Service. If you activate this service, each Reroll Ticket will allow you to reroll the IVs of a selected legendary twice for the next hour. For example, if you purchase this service and have 10 Reroll Tickets in your inventory, you can reroll the IVs of a selected legendary 20 times. I hope that my explanation of the Double Reroll Service is clear enough. Have a good day!

  24. Hello @CosaNostra, Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. The developers quickly became aware of the situation and have now solved the problem. Have a good day!
  25. Hello @JustPhantom, I believe that you may have already completed the Peeko quest in Rusturf Tunnel. Mr. Stone now asks you to deliver a letter to his son, Steven. To progress with the story, you should return to Route 104 and interact with the sailor in his house. He should be able to take you to Dewford Town. If you are still stuck, please let us know. Good luck and have a good day!
