  1. I promise you nothing you tell them will convince them to stop doing it, as the same applies to me with you. Continue entertaining it, but they will not stop begging. If they do it, it's because they get results, and until people fully ignore them they are not going to stop. Good day brother. Hope this situation gets better for you.
  2. I mean. maybe he wants an item he can buy with 50/100cc that he can obtain through buying a coin capsule with pokedollars and can make back more through farming pokedollars than he would with his regular methods. I feel the idea is to not have to endlessly spend real money on the game unless you're impatient. Some people would rather be able to play the game with just pokedollars and time put in.
  3. But why do you even entertain it? Why bother speaking back to him? You complain about them, yet you have a conversation with them. Ignore them and move on. They will either stop begging or stop playing when they see no one pays them any attention. At almost 500 hours, I've only been pmed once by someone asking for 2k, I simply said no and closed the pm. Simply put, ignore them and continue about your business. This shouldn't be as much of an issue as it's being blown out to be, beggars exist in every mmo.
  4. What does this even mean? How are you going to just sell a coin capsule? how are you obtaining it in the first place? real money? Cause that requires work. -1 regardless. There's a lot of money to be made through end game content. PVP, PVE (bossing, excavations, daycare, hunting) all are ways to make income.
  5. Ignoring them will also make a lot of them stop. Those players will eventually find their way and not beg if they are simply ignored, or consider seeing why they are begging and maybe try to help them like a decent player. You never know why they may be doing it. Maybe they're stuck on a gym and feel the only way to get through it is by begging for a pokemon or money to buy a pokemon. Regardless, those players also help keep the game alive, so just ignore them if it's that much of an issue.
  6. -1 cause sure the reborn bot tells you this information, but they update their Prowiki with this information as well. People may not use discord, but if you dont use a web browser then that's your own problem.
  7. Hi, I finished my Hoenn daycare but this prompt came up during it, and now after I completed it. It says this every time rather than saying "come back later" or whatever it's supposed to say. Update: Seems to be occurring in every Daycare. Just did Kanto and same thing.
  8. Hi, I have a friend who just beat Morty without getting his mega bracelet first so he did not receive his Banettite. Is there any way for him to get it without having to wait 12 days...? Seems a bit crazy for him to have to wait 12 days because he didnt have a mega bracelet. Thanks.
  9. Hi, just finished Morty and I was not given any rewards. Is there any way to reset it or gain the rewards? Thanks in advance. I hope I dont have to wait 12 days.. i really need my banettite This is my alt account in the picture by the way. IGN - Xtreemes. Two Es.
  10. But why are we just taking a small phrase out of everything I said and using that as a point? Playing with just your starter from every region is the easiest thing you can do. You use 5 worthless pokemon to revive and heal your starter and you can win every single fight simply because he out levels everything by 20+ levels. The game is not hard when played like that. The game is hard when played like a regular pokemon game, which makes no sense. Am I just not explaining myself properly?
  11. I guess you are just built different brother. Because I have a friend who also did Kanto just with charmander and he was just hitting level 100 by the time he got to Blaine (8th gym). I do not see how you have 6 level 80s while he barely got 1 to lv 100 in the same time, but hey, whatever my man. I also have a friend who is in Hoenn who is stuck training his Krabby on digletts in Dewford town that are way below his level because he can't train elsewhere that's worth training at. He's done nothing but fight trainers and he has a lv 29 Krabby by the time he reached Mauville city which has an electric gym. Not sure how he's supposed to have 6 lv 29s without grinding for hours on wild pokemon. Regardless, you are right, I am wrong. Doesn't matter that 7 of my other friends also had the same struggle of not being able to have a team come E4 in any region just through trainers. The game is perfectly balanced and everybody who comments is just a whiner.
  12. you have a team of 6 pkmn lv 80 just with trainers? proof. I am not whining for me. I am simply commenting that I do not see how it is expected to play with a full team through the story and how HAVING to evolve at lv 98+ because it's optimal is not balanced. Also I hope you never have issues with anything in life if your mentality is the way you are showing it is. Nobody can comment on anything because everything is correct the way it is.
  13. how much does magikarp need also where would you train a gyarados that needs 99k exp at lv 56 during the story? Remember, no mt silver, no cerulean cave, no victory road.
  14. I don't disagree that you can play around it. I have a friend who beat every region with just their starter from each region and blew through it. Meanwhile I tried different methods in each region and ended up suffering when I tried building a team. Even when i did not evolve them, it was impossible to keep up with the gym leaders unless i spent countless hours training each pokemon against wild pokemon who give very little experience because they are severely under leveled in respective to the gym leader of that area. I would end up so frustrated at the amount of time I was wasting trying to level up my pokemon getting 500-1000exp per pokemon that in hoenn and sinnoh I just ended up buying a lv 100 pokemon for each region and blew through the story. You can't even level your pokemon to an equal level of the gym leaders without evolving your pokemon either, because they use evolved pokemon which will always be faster than your own if they are not evolved. Overall it just feels like it's designed the way it is just to make the game harder, but in reality it just makes the story not fun... All they would need to do is increase the level of pokemon in the wild so you're not a level 40 torchic training against lv 15 wingulls.. the experience is worthless at that level.
  15. 330 hours.. i didnt "just start playing". And no, you cannot evolve them... they require an insane amount of experience to level if you evolve them. You get set super behind in levels in comparison to trainers and gym leaders in your current area, and it is impossible to level them up because the pokemon in the wild around said trainers and gyms are very low level and give very little experience. To put it into perspective since clearly the inexperienced player here is yourself, take a look at the information below. Magikarp has a base experience of 20 and Gyarados a base experience of 214. Without even calculating, you can already assume it is 10x harder to level Gyarados than Magikarp. Also, when I was leveling my Magikarp to 100, at lv 95+ he still only needed sub 1 million exp per level. A level 56 Gyarados I had in my PC still needed around 4 million exp to get 57. And since it is not recommended to evolve them, why not put a big fat warning sign at the beginning of the game. I've read multiple people's post inside the game in "help" chat talking about how they are stuck and when you ask them what pokemon they have, it is always an evolved pokemon. Of course they're stuck. They're probably 15-20 levels below where they're supposed to be. But hey, they wouldnt even know what level they need because the gym leaders have ?? as their Pokemon levels. My point is, the game is super punishing for new players. There is one NPC i believe it's in Pewter city that will warn you about pokemon needing more exp per level if you evolve them, which is nice, sure. But why not have Professor Oak tell you who is the first NPC that gives you a pokemon? Alternatively just put a big warning sign the moment someone logs in for the first time. You were never punished in regular pokemon games for evolving your pokemon, and don't even try to say it's not a punishment when 99% of the player base refuses to evolve pokemon pre lv 95. The system is not balanced, and it keeps players away from the game. https://prowiki.info/index.php?title=Experience_System
  16. I will never understand why they thought this would be good for the game. I have friends who refuse to play the game simply for the fact that they cannot evolve their pokemon through the story. I don't know if they've explained it anywhere, but if they have someone link it please.
  17. I've hunted wynauts for about 12 hours overall now using a Bold Xatu sync. I've caught 20, as well as 2 Psyducks just to test my sync and out of all 22 pokemon I've had 4 come out Bold. Can we make sure it's working as intended? 4/22 seems insanely bad for something that's supposed to work 50% of the time. Might I suggest an icon that shows when your sync is active near the top left corner next to the membership buff icon? I'm probably just super unlucky, but I wanted to point it out just in case that Xatu may actually be bugged. He is the only one of my syncs who is evolved, and is the only one that has given me issues. Thanks, and sorry for the trouble.
  18. Before I ask anything, I'd like to say that I love PRO, and I think it's an amazing game overall. I've only been here for a few weeks, and have enjoyed just about every moment of it. My main curiosity is how spawns were vs how they are now. How do you guys decide what pokemon are higher rarity than others? Do you go based on popularity in PVP, or do you just go based on the popularity of each pokemon based on what people have normally been drawn toward. (example being a starter that maybe is not played in PVP). I've had runs where I've encountered ( previous tier 8 ) pokemon within 10-20 minutes of each other, which i think is more than fair, and other times I've gone an hour and a half to two hours between. The reason I bring this up is because it can be very demoralizing to go through a 2 hour drought when trying to farm a pokemon that isn't even competitive, but we farm it simply because we like their appearance and they're good enough to use it for PVE content (probably not even including hard bosses to be honest). I can say I've gone a half day and a full night in poketime without seeing the pokemon I was looking for, which at 12 minutes per hour it's well over 2 hour, and all I've felt is resentment. I do not wish to feel this way toward a game I play for fun, and while I love grinding, grinding for 2 hours to find 1 pokemon that probably isn't going to be the the right nature/IVs/ability/hidden power makes it a nightmare when it comes to farming multiple pokemon. There is a lot of grind in the game already, dailies, leveling pokemon, bosses, pvp, side quests and filling out your pokedex for legendaries. Maybe you guys have it set up like this so the game can last longer for players, but I personally feel this set up drives a lot of players with less time available away from playing the game. Please, remember that I could simply just misunderstand the vision you guys have for the game. I would just like to understand if so.

  20. Coming from Gold server which just failed the WQ, I'm sure you can guess I'm not very happy about it. I'd like to offer some suggestions in ways that would make this experience a little bit more forgiving in the case that the event does fail. Players as individuals do not have control of whether or not we reach the final goal, which in this scenario was 3.5m IVs. Players were already upset at the previous event that was missed by most (Archen WQ) because the server was crashing non-stop at the release of the event, making it unbearable to participate. The game later came back on at around 4am EST, at which point most players who were wanting to participate had probably gone to sleep or went about their night since the game had been crashing non-stop. Archen quest didnt go so well, so Bidoof event was created as a way to compensate which is great. I'd like to begin with a couple of options. Please do not take this as me anything more than suggestions. It is your game after all, I just feel this is a horrible for the longevity of this game. 1st option (current) WQ rules: Individual player must reach 0.5% of total IVs - 1 ticket (also includes the 3%) Reward is only given if the server reaches the 100% goal The only change I could see that could help this, is simply allowing X pokemon to appear in EARLY routes of ALL regions. Not every player who plays this game has access to somewhere like Sinnoh: route 202 (Bidoof). Had Bidoof spawned in multiple regions, more players could've participated and we probably would have finished the goal. To put it more into perspective, I know players who have 40+ hours and are just now reaching Sinnoh. These players have also rushed within each region, thus it is not the experience of an average player, meaning an average player would likely need more hours to reach Sinnoh. 2nd option WQ rules: Individual player must reach 0.5% of total IVs - 1 ticket (also includes the 3% reward) World reaches 100% of total IVs - X reward of your choice (anything that you guys would consider not being too much of a reward such as 5 rare candies, or 30,000 Pokedollars per player) This option I feel is the healthier one overall. While I still think it should be with the addition of allowing X pokemon to appear in EARLY routes of ALL regions. This option allows players to reach their 0.5% and have a peace of mind that they will receive their 1 ticket as a reward even if the server does not reach their 100% goal. Players would be happy with their ticket, and if they happen to get an added bonus in extra Pokedollars, rare candies or any other item, then great. Not reaching 100% would not be a big deal, and players would not be upset about their time, effort and pokedollars being wasted for nothing. Something to keep in mind; If you guys decide to make spawns in every region during events, % per player may need to lower as there should be an influx in players participating in the event. Alternatively, maybe increasing the total IVs needed is also an option if enough players partake in the event. Hopefully you guys can manage to find a way to continue these events in a healthy style. The events are great. They bring the community together, and I'm sure we all love that, but with such a small community, I do not think it is ideal to have them be so unforgiving. It is a game after all, and games should be about fun and having a good time, not feeling frustrated because we had to work toward a goal that was already unfeasible from the beginning. Cheers.
  21. While I am recently new, I'd like to speak on the topic that I constantly see within the game whenever I look at chat. Most people seem disappointed in how hard it is to obtain certain Pokémon, causing frustration and even leading to arguments within game chat. I've read from "I'm 100 repels in and I've only seen 2 of X Pokémon" to "There's nothing good in trade chat to buy because the good Pokémon are too rare". Now I understand that this game is meant to be an MMO and for that reason, looking for ways to extend the amount of time players have to spend on the game to reach their goals is ideal, but I feel maybe it's gone a bit too far for some and maybe even most players. I'm trying to put myself in the shoes of someone who doesn't have more than a few hours to play the game per day and maybe can't even play on a daily basis. The other day I went to hunt for a Skarmory without repels, and it took me 4 hours to find 3 of them. Unfortunately none of them were the right ability, nor the right nature (even with a sync) and I felt very sad after that session. I continued on about my day and decided to just work on other easier to achieve goals that I had set for myself. The following day, I decided to repel hunt for a Skarmory instead. I used up 50 max repels which is 35,000 PokeDollars and found 1 Skarmory which again not the right ability, nature etc. I felt the same disappointment as the previous night, but this time I was actually frustrated because even though I didn't have to fight or run away from a bunch of Pokémon I didn't need because I had repel, I still only came across 1 in about an hour which is about what I had found the day before without repelling. My point in all this is that I fail to understand why there are so many Pokémon in the high tiers of rarity. I understand some Pokémon are super rare, and sure those should be hard to obtain, but others seem like they were maybe uncommon in the original games but are very high levels of rarity in this game. There are so many things that have to fall into place for a player to want to keep X Pokémon that there is already rarity even if the spawn rate was higher. Pokémon that depend on having not only the right nature and right IVs but also hidden ability come to mind. The amount you have to grind for those is already high, even if the spawn rate was doubled, it would still be hard to catch that type of Pokémon. The game has content, there are an insane amount of Pokémon to catch and different teams to build. There are so many bosses and quests to do, that players will continue playing for a long time. I understand the fear of people getting through the game TOO fast, but not everybody has 8-10 hours a day to throw at this game and with how hard it is to find some of these Pokémon, they will never make any significant progress and possibly end up just giving up on the game. To clarify, this is not a jab at any of the developers. I know that creating something and reaching a point where everybody is pleased with the game requires a lot of trial and error, so please do not take this as me attacking anybody. I am simply trying to speak on behalf of the player base who maybe do not want to spend the time typing up a post but would still like the game to grow healthily so they can play it for years to come. The game is amazing. I only have about 100 hours as of today, but I've enjoyed playing through the story and all the side quests you guys have added to your version of the game. I just do not want to see people drift away from this game simply because they feel they cannot achieve their goals because they're insurmountable. I hope you guys will take something from this and maybe aim to listen to the community a bit more (at least the players that aren't rudely attacking the game). Us players, we want nothing more than to see this game thrive. We do not want to hop around from one Pokémon MMO to another because we're unhappy with the game. We want to make this our home. Thank you for taking the time to read this, Xtremes
  22. The solution to this problem is adding a feature on the window that pops up when you catch a new pokemon that allows you to release it from there. Of course, it would have to also have a feature having you confirm that you want to release the pokemon, just so you do not accidentally release something.
