I would like to clarify that the Move Tutor located on Eumi Island Town is in fact an Event Move Tutor, although it may not be explicitly referred to as such. This has apparently resulted in some confusion, and I would like to take this opportunity to provide additional information and clarification. According to what we have tested, we can confirm that both Lickitung and Lickilicky can learn the move "Wish" when taught by the Move Tutor, provided that they do not possess their hidden ability. Unfortunately, this move becomes incompatible for these Pokemon if they have their hidden ability, just as in the original games. Furthermore, it is also important to note that the Growlith location changes everytime you fail to find it in the given time. Growlith may be well hidden behind trees, bushes, etc. but take a closer look, you will be able to find it. Hope it clears your doubts regarding this quest. Hello @Wakaranaii, As legendary Pokemon are not tradeable you cannot give them to EV or level services. The only way would be to give your password to someone who does level/EV services and then train the Pokemon accordingly. It is not bannable but always comes with a risk. Hello @Galareah, You cannot explore Silph Co. again after completing the required quest. Though, wild Sandile and Zorua in Mirage Island Summit have a little chance to hold Black Glasses. You can steal them with the help of moves like Thief or Covet on your Pokemon. Remember that your Pokemon must not be holding any item in order to steal others from wild Pokemon. Now can you try to decrease your Munchlax's happiness by fainting it in a wild battle and max its happiness again? The evolution should get triggered after this. Let me know if it worked.

Growlith's location is random for every player and it gets changed every time you fail to find the Growlith in the given time. Growlith may be hidden well behind bushes, trees, etc. but take a closer look, you will able to see it. Please Note that when this quest first came out, there was a bug that caused Growlith to spawn in the same place for all players. It was quickly fixed but the video guides created during that time may lead one to believe that Growlith should only spawn at that particular area, but this is not the case now. Hello @Rccrusher, As already mentioned by Aiberty, this path leads to Crater Town where you can complete the dungeon to catch a Legendary Pokemon. You need to have Kyurem and Zekrom quest completed and seen data of all Pokemon upto generation 5 except legendaries to start this quest. Let me know if you have any other questions.
