Hello @Rohit007, Though, there's always a risk in doing story service if you already own 4 accounts, as long as you have some proof that it is not your account and you are just doing a story service in it, you will be fine. Screenshots of the agreement are always preferred in such cases. This thread will also help us to trace things back if something happens. For now, you can rest assured if you have the evidence of the agreement and play the game peacefully. I hope I was able to clear your doubts. Hello @Tetsuyama96, I sincerely apologise for my extremely late response. We have thoroughly examined your account, but we have not discovered any issues with it. Additionally, a lot of the information you provided conflicts with what actually occurred. You submitted 31 non-OT Pokemon to the Collector Joro on 28th November and got 105 PvE in return and you were having more than this amount at that time. There may be a possibility that you are misunderstanding this case somewhere. I apologise again but there's isn't anything we can do. I will now lock this thread as there is nothing to look after. Hello @Veeeq, I sincerely apologise for my late reply. Unless otherwise specified, all Normal NPCs have a cooldown of 7 in-real-life days. Different cooldowns are applied to some other NPCs, such as bosses. To know changes to Normal NPCs after the cooldown you can read this Trainer Rework thread. Hope it helps you. I apologise for my late response and yes, it will be a hard battle. I recommend you to have a full lvl 80+ team before fighting them. If you find yourself in a situation where you are unsure of how to continue your quest, you can also use this guide as assistance. Let us know about your situation after defeating them. Hello @Lyn1311, The command to initiate or send battle request with PvP Clauses in effect is /battle username true, where "username" should be replaced by the opponent's in-game name while typing the command. Hello @Supertaldo, Sorry for the inconvenience caused. This issue may arise if your client gets stuck somehow and a reboot of the client should be able to fix it. Simply re-logging doesn't help. You have close the client completely and login again. Try to use mysterious candy again after this. Hopefully, this will solve your problem. Hello @Shiirahoshi, Sorry for the inconvenience caused. First of all, Paul doesn't teleport you to Sinnoh. It's Alakazam who will teleport you after you complete the Sinnoh Entry Quest. Though it seems that you haven't completed the entry quest yet. It's possible that you've already begun the quest because Paul NPC doesn't appear for you. So now can you please check what happens when you enter and leave your house of Hoenn region when you get a chance? It will be better if you can record a video of the same thing. Hello @Mostkawaii, First of all, forums is not the place to request a username change. It should be done through the dashboard. We do not comply with any requests for name changes of this nature, and just to be clear, we do not erase any accounts 500 coins may sound expensive for one but it's not required to pay any in-real-life money to get them in-game. Coin Capsules are purchasable through in-game money and in-game trades. Additionally, even when you will have 500 coins to change your name, it is not possible to capitalize a letter in between your name. Hope you will understand. Hello @Raikaisa665, Psychic Marina will reroll IVs of any of your legendary or mythical Pokemon for an IV Reroll Ticket. She can be found in the following locations. Vermilion City in Kanto Olivine City in Johto Mauville City in Hoenn Matsuki Village in Sinnoh Guild Island Do note that all IVs are rerolled at once and are randomised. Therefore, utilising an IV Reroll Ticket does not ensure that your Pokemon will improve. There's also a double reroll service. You can use one mysterious ticket, 2 reroll tickets, or 1,200,000 pokedollars to activate the service. After activating the double reroll service, it will last for only 1 hour in which you will get two rerolls per ticket up to 10 Reroll Tickets. Unfortunately, currently, there is no way to reroll only one IV, though you can use IV Lock Reroll to lock one stat from being rerolled. They are obtainable only through event quests. Hello @Isildurr2x, Sorry about any inconvenience you may experienced because of this. I have forwarded this issue to the concerned team. The most likely cause of this problem is a client-server delay. There is a way client-server interaction works. ➾ First, the client sends input to the server ➾ the server then acknowledges it ➾ and then sends a response back. There is a short delay in sending input and then receiving a response. Now there are a variety of ways that inputs can be sent to the server, and you may guess that sending each step as input is obviously not the best method because it will spam thousands of inputs every second. Depending on the way the client and server communicate, causes a delay and a spawn happens. I hope this answers your concern and I hope you will understand the problem. Kind regards, Yverneas.
