Hi there @Katsukinonaki U tell ur id stuck ingame.Can u pls clear this, only ur game become stuck or ur whole pc become stuck? If ur pc become stuck when u try to play pro then there can be drivers problem of ur pc.Moreovre some client update don't support or can't run if pc is not in a good condition.For example,2023 halloween events didn't run to my pc as a result py pc going to crashed. Otherwise if u just stuck in game then try to othrs client like 32 bit client.If problem not solved then wait for staff reply. ty... Best Regards, sayan12345678

Most of time this problem happened for driver problem.As i face it before.My cpu was use almost 90+%. After upgrade and install my driver it use only 5%.if high max go 15%. So check out ur driver is up to date or not.Again close unusage software which all time run that can also increase ur cpu rate. Also clean up ur temporary files. take care.

i just redownload client now.still mine pc crashed when login

i can login on laptop as usual i do.but after few second mine whole pc crashed .then i have to power of mine pc .again have to power on for use my laptop the same hhappens on phn also..just caan login after a litttle bit second it also crasshed on phn.it all happening after new halloween event update
