There is no TM seller or Move Tutor available in the Johto Region for Thief or Covet moves, any one of those can be used for stealing the held item on your opponent Pokemon. TM-Thief(More info on Pokemon who learn it) can only be obtained by the Thief Quest(More info here) and by starting the Officer Jenny Quest "Clear Route 1 of Ratatta". Tutor for Covet(More info on Pokemon who learn it) can be found in Route 16. Presuming you don't have the TM-Thief or Covet Tutor at hand, you can catch Pokemon that learn Covet by Level-up and relearn the move from the Move Relearner in Goldenrod City. For example, you can catch Mankey in Route 42 or Zigzagoon in Route 30, both of which learn the move Covet. You can also check this guide on the Moo Moo Farm Quest(More info here). Using Rare Candies to level up your Pokemon doesn't affect any of the stats, IVs or EVs. Whereas, like they said, gaining EXP by battling Pokemon, you will also gain some EVs on specific stats. I prefer being launched out of Reshiram though couple other Pokemon also get the move, Kyurem-White and Victini but nothing like the real one, right? Greetings @Rebeccacsteel Really glad to see that you were able to figure it all out and all thanks to @Takanumi7 for providing valuable info about the Trainer Tower to level up Pokemon. Leveling up Pokemon in the wild in Hoenn region is quite hard as compared to other regions but now the Trainer Tower is a great place to level up in there. You can check a guide on how to level up Pokemon in there in the Game Mechanics Subforum(More info here). This will give you an overall idea of how to train Pokemon in the tower and how it all works. I can understand the frustration and disappointment that this may cause and I am deeply sorry for your loss. @Mysticwind we do have a reconnect, if the internet and the connection to the server was back in the set time of 60 seconds it would have been possible for them to catch it. Unfortunately, nothing can be done to remedy this because, the ID is not defined for the Pokemon as it was not caught, thus, it is impossible to prove that you had encountered one and with what stats. If we somehow do remedy this, it will be unfair to those who have had a similar request denied in the past. For example, if the one you encountered was with overall bad IVs and nature, which you lost and we spawn you one to fix that and it turns out to be super good, which would influence the market and also opens us up to possible abuses in the future. For the future, it is recommended to ensure a proper connection on your end to help minimize any similar losses. If you experience a disconnect on your end, try the following: Check with your Internet Provider. Opt for a wired connection instead of a wireless one, if possible. Troubleshoot the network hardware. Close apps that demand a higher bandwidth on them and hence increasing the bandwidth allotment for the game. Try a different DNS server. I know this response may be disappointing but don't let it discourage you to keep hunting and trying to find the Pokemon you want. I will now lock this thread. Greetings @Isildurr2x Glad that your issue was resolved. I'd like to inform you that on Android, sometimes APK Files fail to update over the older version of the App already installed. Thus, it is always preferred that you uninstall the app, in this case, the client. Then install the updated APK to not face any such issues. @Omardaley I see that you were able to login with your account, so I believe the issue was resolved too. Note that extracting files part of the update depends on your device so sometimes it can experience a slowdown. I will now lock this thread. Thus, you can see that it does not only depend on the IV of the Pokemon but the EV, Nature and Base stats as well. Taking everything into account, I have calculated your Garchomp's speed stat which you can check in this spoiler. This is exactly how all of the calculations of stats are done in the game. For the future, it is recommended to refer to this guide on POKÉMON STATS(More info here) and for fast damage and stat calculations you can use ShowdownCalc(More info here). Greetings @Ezzrion You can get a Fire Stone by the following ways : As a held item from Eevee, Growlithe, Pansear, Rapidash and Vulpix. You can use the move Thief(info on Pokemon who learn) to get the item from them, which you can get at the Celadon Department Store after completing the Thief quest(more info here), or the move Covet(info on Pokemon who learn), Move Tutor in Route 16. You may also catch the Pokemon which will come with the held item. You can check spawns for the Pokemon mentioned before with the command ^s pokename/mapname in the bot-commands channel of our Official Discord Server(click to join). Purchasable in every department store such as, Celadon Department Store for 2,100 pokedollars each. You can also ask in Trade Chat for buying. Note that you can only Trade after you have the 4th badge of Kanto, that is, Rainbow Badge. It is also recommended to refer to our Trade Rules(more info here). Greetings @Marcosdm1771996 You have to first get the Z-Ring by winning the Level 50 Monotype Tournament, in Trainers Valley. Here is a guide on how to unlock Trainers Valley(more info here). More detailed info on the Monotype Tournament are all listed in the quote below. After getting the Z-Ring, you can go speak to Prof's Aide and he will show the following dialogue with the places to go. The Mt. Silver part is associated to the Kanto-Specific Z-Crystals. A list of which you can find in the following spoiler. Head west from Route 22 and enter Mt. Silver 1F through the cave and take the east exit. You will reach the Mt. Silver Lower Mountainside. From here follow the path to get to the cave marked in the spoiler. Then Find the Synth NPC, who will challenge you to a battle. He has a team of four Pokemon. After defeating him go to Vermilion Library and speak to Blaine who will take a quiz and then ask you to choose which Z-Crystal quest you want to proceed with. You can start the quest after having completed the Kyurem Quest(More info here), by talking to Mannes in Eindoak Town, who will tell you about a Battle Tournament, completing which you get the Dark Stone. With the Light Stone obtained from the Dungeon, you can get both Reshiram and Zekrom from the Dragonspiral Tower Quest. Greetings @Patriotis Sorry to hear about your situation. I'd like to inform that the various Event Currencies are converted to one single currency called Event Coins. The conversion happens only after you talk with an Event Shop NPC. The coins will show up in your Trainer Card after you buy something or relog after opening the Event Shop. The quote below shows the conversion rates of the coins based on the different event currencies. If no coins show up in your Trainer Card yet, could you please try buying something with the coins or relogging after talking to Event Shops? After which it should show up. Also, note that the Event Coins might have been converted and used up with any purchases from the Halloween Event Shops, this year, as it is now one single currency. Having said that, can you remember making any purchases from the Event Shop during the Halloween Event? Looking forward to hear from you. Greetings @Altinx5 I appreciate and thank you for trying to help them @Flamme1230. PRO has some encrypted files that may show up as a false positive on some antivirus software. The solution is explained step by step in the following :- Start by deleting all the files of the game and delete it from the Recycle Bin as well and restart your device. Then re-download the client from the website into a folder. Create an exception for the folder on your antivirus. Extract the client and see if it works. Thus you do not need to deactivate your antivirus but just create an exception for PRO on it. As long as you have downloaded it from the Official Website(click here to check), there is nothing to worry about upon allowing it on your device. I hope this answers your question. The Christmas event also went live after it. As for now, the servers are up and you can freely login and play. Greetings @Kete2005 You get the caught data of Ho-Oh by battling it at the top of Bell Tower(More info here), after finding and battling all three of the Legendary Beasts to get the seen data of them and reporting back to Scientist Rey. It is though, not catchable but you get the data. Similarly, you also get the caught data of Lugia in Whirl Islands B4F. You can check the guide on the Legendary Beasts quest(more info here).
