You should now be able to get a guaranteed Legendary encounter if you have first encountered a Pseudo-Legendary(from the 50/50 chance to encounter a Legendary or Pseudo-Legendary) from the Birth Island. We can again offer you a refund for the four tickets that you have used here if you wish to release the four Pseudo-Legendary Pokemon you have listed, which you got from the Birth Island. Let us know if you still want that and if yes, please release the Pokemon that you have listed here and let us know altogether so we can proceed with the refund. Hello @Monkeycaolanh This usually happens when you disconnect or relog during a battle, the game server must wait for the battle to finish on the battle server before saving and disconnecting the user but due to miscommunication between the servers, there can be a delay in logging in again, like that. Greetings @Shirogakuro You can transfer servers from the PRO Dashboard page(More info here), after logging into your account in there and then going into the Server Transfer tab. Here you can transfer servers for free every 30 days, any additional Server Transfers in between will cost 100 coin shop coins. Bear in mind that you won't be able to transfer if you have any open lending trades. Here's how to transfer servers: You won't lose any progress nor will you face any limitations in accordance to progress or content, it is all same in the other server too. You need to speak to Prof's Aide at any one of the following locations to obtain it: Route 2 Stophouse 3 in Kanto National Park Stop House 1 in Johto Mauville Stop House 3 in Hoenn Route 214 Stop House in Sinnoh Note that you can only get one EXP. Share for each your accounts from any one of the mentioned places and the item is untradable, as you also mentioned. Also as, @Backo0711 said, for which I'd like to thank them for replying, releasing Pokemon doesn't release the item the Pokemon is holding. I hope this helps. It is a Zoroark that is Level 80, I take it that you may have confused it for a Hydreigon and thought you released it. Greetings @Backo0711 You have to release them from the PC in the Pokecenter by dragging the Pokemon into the Release Area and then confirming the action. You must check and release the correct Pseudo-Legendary Pokemon that you got from Birth Island, which I would presume are the ones you have shown in your thread up there. Greetings @Backo0711 Apologies for the inconvenience caused. The information you got from the Official Discord Server(Click to Join) is about correct. Upon having a Mysterious Ticket speaking to the Mysterious Captain in Vermilion City you can go to Birth Island, where there is a 50/50 chance to get a Legendary/Pseudo-Legendary. If you get a Pseudo-Legendary, the next time you go to Birth Island, you have a 100% chance at getting a Legendary spawn. Upon Catching and leaving the Island, there is a 24 hour cooldown before you can access it again. Unfortunately, there was an issue with your variable progress which is why you were unable to get any Legendary Pokemon to spawn. It has now been fixed and it should work as intended. We can refund your 5x Mysterious Tickets, only if you wish to release the five Pseudo-Legendary Pokemon(I take it that you may have released the Hydreigon, if you have then release the four) that you got from Birth Island and you can have another attempt at it. Greetings @Kenky I am sorry to hear about your situation. To evolve your Buneary you just have to reach Max Happiness(255) and not level up with that as you had presumed. There is no de-leveling needed at all for this case and for other cases where it may seem like it is needed as, when you have reached level 100 with your Pokemon and it evolves via Level-up, you can use the Mysterious Candy and it will evolve. As for the happiness, if reaching max happiness does not trigger evolution follow the methods below: You have to close PROClient and then relaunch it and try fainting your Pokemon in battle and increasing the happiness by beating Wild Pokemon or an NPC Pokemon. This should trigger the evolution. If that doesn't work, faint your Pokemon in battle again, for once, to decrease the happiness. Then, you need to go to the Groomer NPCs, for example in Cerulean City House 5, beside the PokeMart, and speak to Brad and Chris NPCs and increase happiness with their help, which should trigger the evolution. On that note, the Mysterious Candy is not bugged here as Buneary is not intended to evolve via level up hence it does not help in this case, it should totally work as intended when used for the correct use-case scenario mentioned before. I hope this answers all your questions. As the issue was handled and the Buneary was evolved successfully, in-game, I will now lock this thread. Hello @Wolfbasser I understand the frustration and confusion it might cause after investing a significant amount of time and effort into finding the form you want. Encountering special forms and shiny is totally based on the concepts of RNG. The entire Pokemon franchise is based on the concept of RNG, be it, console games, Pokemon cards and to some extent, the anime. This means you can spend hours and hours hunting or open a number of Card Packs and not find anything particularly rare, while someone else might only hunt an hour or open a single card pack and find the rarest of Pokemon. The topic here in PRO as an MMORPG makes it even more complex with a trade system that relies on an economy system. The economy here relies on the scarcity of some Pokemon and other items. RNG here helps in maintaining the quantity of the Pokemon and therefore creating a market for trading among players and thus ensures they remain in demand, which is crucial for sustaining a healthy economy. If rare forms or shiny Pokemon were to become too common, every player would be able to find it and it would lose its value and appeal, as @Magicarpediempointed out here. I hope I was able to clear your idea of the spawn chances with this @Uxxelmon. On that note, the spawns of Mudkip in Route 227 or anywhere else, is not bugged. It is simply upto RNG if a special form or shiny would spawn. I hope that clarifies all your questions. I will now lock this thread. Hello @Isildurr2x I understand the frustration caused due to the bad RNG during your hunt. I'd like to clarify that newer players don't have any higher shiny or form rates than a player account with thousands of hours, it is just how RNG or luck works. An account with low hours of playtime might end up getting a really rare shiny but a player with 5k hours might not. The reason is that number of those new accounts is tremendously higher to those of higher playtime. RNG is same for all players but because newer or low playtime account are very very high in numbers, it looks like they have higher chances of encountering forms and shiny Pokemon. It indeed is very unfortunate that you choose to not want to continue playing this game anymore and are parting ways from us. Greetings @Luffy1310 If you are having difficulty finding which NPC to battle with, you can go back to Mannes in Eindoak Town and talk to the Board in front of him. The NPCs battle each other while you're fighting one, which is why some of them don't battle anymore as they lose all their points. Thus, for knowing exactly which one to go for, you can check the Board and go to the specific one. If you have over 7 points in the end, you should win after speaking to Mannes back in Eindoak. He will then give you the Dark Stone. For the Light Stone, you have to do the Xmas Dungeon. Upon the third successful Dungeon run, there's a 100% chance of getting it. Having both of those, you can obtain both Zekrom and Reshiram after completing the Dragonspiral Tower quest. You may also check a video guide on YouTube with all the locations of the NPCs. There is no TM seller or Move Tutor available in the Johto Region for Thief or Covet moves, any one of those can be used for stealing the held item on your opponent Pokemon. TM-Thief(More info on Pokemon who learn it) can only be obtained by the Thief Quest(More info here) and by starting the Officer Jenny Quest "Clear Route 1 of Ratatta". Tutor for Covet(More info on Pokemon who learn it) can be found in Route 16. Presuming you don't have the TM-Thief or Covet Tutor at hand, you can catch Pokemon that learn Covet by Level-up and relearn the move from the Move Relearner in Goldenrod City. For example, you can catch Mankey in Route 42 or Zigzagoon in Route 30, both of which learn the move Covet. You can also check this guide on the Moo Moo Farm Quest(More info here). Using Rare Candies to level up your Pokemon doesn't affect any of the stats, IVs or EVs. Whereas, like they said, gaining EXP by battling Pokemon, you will also gain some EVs on specific stats. I prefer being launched out of Reshiram though couple other Pokemon also get the move, Kyurem-White and Victini but nothing like the real one, right? Greetings @Rebeccacsteel Really glad to see that you were able to figure it all out and all thanks to @Takanumi7 for providing valuable info about the Trainer Tower to level up Pokemon. Leveling up Pokemon in the wild in Hoenn region is quite hard as compared to other regions but now the Trainer Tower is a great place to level up in there. You can check a guide on how to level up Pokemon in there in the Game Mechanics Subforum(More info here). This will give you an overall idea of how to train Pokemon in the tower and how it all works. I can understand the frustration and disappointment that this may cause and I am deeply sorry for your loss. @Mysticwind we do have a reconnect, if the internet and the connection to the server was back in the set time of 60 seconds it would have been possible for them to catch it. Unfortunately, nothing can be done to remedy this because, the ID is not defined for the Pokemon as it was not caught, thus, it is impossible to prove that you had encountered one and with what stats. If we somehow do remedy this, it will be unfair to those who have had a similar request denied in the past. For example, if the one you encountered was with overall bad IVs and nature, which you lost and we spawn you one to fix that and it turns out to be super good, which would influence the market and also opens us up to possible abuses in the future. For the future, it is recommended to ensure a proper connection on your end to help minimize any similar losses. If you experience a disconnect on your end, try the following: Check with your Internet Provider. Opt for a wired connection instead of a wireless one, if possible. Troubleshoot the network hardware. Close apps that demand a higher bandwidth on them and hence increasing the bandwidth allotment for the game. Try a different DNS server. I know this response may be disappointing but don't let it discourage you to keep hunting and trying to find the Pokemon you want. I will now lock this thread.
