  4. Hi @Swarnim Im sorry to see your Exp Share has gone missing. I've started to look into the issue, but its not yet clear how you lost the Exp Share. I see you previously posted about it in March, can you recall if it was lost just prior to that post?

  6. Good day @Evilgod98 I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to access Crater Town. I believe in order for the Wailord to move, you will need to begin a small quest that unlocks the island access. To start, return to Eindoak Island and talk to Damon, who should be located on the way to Dragonspiral Tower. Interacting with him should bring up the discussion of Crater Town, where he tells you to go to. It is my understanding that after this interaction, the Wailord will move. Please give this a try and let me know the results

  20. Hi @Kralkral I hope I can provide you with some context. In regards to our Multiplayer Catching Contest, they occur every Saturday at either 10:00 GMT+0 or 22:00 GMT+0, and usually alternate each week. Sometimes it will be the Fishing Contest at 22:00, and the next week at the 10:00 slot. This alternates so that that players will most likely have access to one of those slots, and be able to participate in each of the contests, even if on a bi-weekly basis. I understand your frustration, as like you, that first slot lines up to 3am for me. For World Quests, the monthly ones are announced ahead of time on our Discord in the "Announcements" section. When they go live, they are posted in the "Wq-Outbreaks-announcements" section. Additional World Quests can happen randomly during each month as well as surprises - those are not announced ahead of time. You can set up to receive notifications so you'll know the moment anything happens. Outbreaks have been random surprises. As per the recent announcement on the Discord covering the possible changes to the next client, Outbreaks are being reworked. It sounds like they will still be random, but will be automated and much more frequent. Nobody will be able to make all of them, but over time, plenty of them should crop up in the time ranges that you will be able to participate in. This should be announced on the Discord. The recommendation is for you to reset your account password and try again, making sure to check if you have any issues with the 2FA verification process.   22. Hello @Geeansalvatoree The best places for trying to purchase Pokemon or Items are generally in the specific trade areas on these forums, on our discord, or in the in-game Trade Chat channels. General Support is not really for trading. You can find the correct trading channels on our forums here. The evolution item UpGrade can also be obtained from the trash can bin in the south-west corner of Silph Co 2F, or as a potential reward from defeating the boss Terminator. Additionally, you can purchase it from Historical Site for 500 artifacts (if you do Excavation), or for 50 PvE Coins from any of the PvE Coin Masters (found at every Department Store). The good news is that you seem to be able to play on Silver in the meantime while we get this sorted. Hopefully we can get you on Gold soon enough as well.
  24. Hello @Slouchleroux I'm sorry to hear you're having problems playing on the Gold server. As you are able to log in to the Silver server, are you able to log out of Silver and try to log in to the Gold server without typing in your password? If that still gives you an error, can you please take a screenshot of the problem? It looks like you have been able to log in to Gold in the past, with the last log in dated in 2021, so the account should be accessible.
