  1. Hello @Blunderstropius, Sorry to hear about your struggles in hunting the elusive Tropius. As you found out, it does indeed spawn there as an uncommon spawn, but I guess RNG didn't want to play ball for you. Spawning alongside Chikorita, Electrike, Foongus, and Sewaddle might make it more difficult to encounter, it looks like a pretty stacked route. You can also find it at the Pinkan Island Woodlands East, though you'll miss out on the Chikorita spawn.
  2. Hello @Alucardhb, I'm sorry to see you're having difficulty logging into the game. You are not alone in having this problem, there are a number of other players encountering the same thing. Staff is aware of the issue and has been working to correct it. While trying to troubleshoot the issues, some players have managed to join the server after letting the automatic login go for roughly 5 minutes. This doesn't seem to work for everyone, but it might be worth attempting. Going by what's been reported by the troubled players, it seems many using a PC are unable to log into the server they normally play on, but can easily log in to the server they normally do not play on. Some players can log in from their phone when using their cellular data, but not when on the Wifi network. Going by the information you have provided, it looks to be the same for you. I do apologize for the inconvenience. We don't have a timeline available for when it will be fixed, but once our team has identified the problem and worked a solution, I will make sure to notify you.

  4. Hello @Catmin1, I'm sorry about the mistake that occurred when you performed the evolution. Unfortunately, reversing these evolutions is not a service we can perform. This is why evolutions are not automatic in PRO; to prevent accidental evolutions, players have to confirm the evolution. Even though the Pokémon was accidently evolved in the wrong location and outside of Mt. Coronet, there's nothing we can do. This isn't what you want to hear, and I apologize that I can't provide you with a better answer.
  5. Hello @Egostroker, I'm sorry about wait for the name change. Unfortunately, I give you a specific ETA on when it will happen. We're all completely volunteers, so in addition to heavy work loads on these forums, we have all the real life challenges to deal with, like taking care of family, working at a job, going to school, having hobbies outside of Pro, etc. I assure you, the Staff member that will be handling your name change request will be aware of it and will get to it once they can. I know this probably isn't the answer you want, but I hope you can understand.
  6. Hello @Pablo0o0, Welcome back! I am sorry you've encountered a problem with the Pinkan Island Quest. It sounds like you left off during the part of the quest where you need to find the hiding Team Rocket grunts in the Pinkan Island Forest. There are 3 hidden grunts that you need to find and then battle before being able to access the Pinkan Island Cliff. You can find the exact locations of the hidden grunts in this guide. Please let me know if this is the solution to your issue.

  9. Hello @Alexsenpai28, I'm sorry you having issues with this part of the Diancie Quest. These Nosepass have the ability Magnet Pull, so when you have a Steel type Pokémon in your party and you appear in the direct line of sight of the Nosepass, they will move towards you. You can use this to manipulate their positions. Once you move out of their line of sight, you can interact with them to change their direction. If the Nosepass quit following you for some reason, and you are unable to regain their attention, leave and re-enter the area. You should find them still in the same position, and should be able to continue moving them. Logging out resets their positions, so only do so if you are stuck.

  12. Hello @Ryantkd, I am sorry you are unable to login to the Silver Server. Can you please see if you are able to login to the Gold Server? Some player are having the same login issue you are having, able to access one of the servers but not the other. Staff is aware of the issue and are trying to troubleshoot the cause. Such as wired PC, Wifi on laptop or Android, or using data on Android. Some other players are having the same login problem as well. What you can do is directly attach the image to the post, using the options at the bottom of the chat box. If the issue is the lengthy loading message when trying to login, this is a problem some other people are having as well. Staff is aware of the issue and are trying to troubleshoot the cause of it. To confirm, you can currently access both servers when using your Mobile Data, but can only access Gold Server when on WiFi? You're not alone in this issue, as others are having the same problem as well. Staff is aware of the issue and are trying to troubleshoot the cause.   17. Hello @Inchy, I'm sorry you're unable to cut down this tree. The issue is that you do not yet have your 2nd gym badge. Defeating the 2nd gym leader unlocks the ability to cut down these trees, either by using the move HM01 Cut or by the Tree Axe, which you have. Once you have that regions badge, you will be able to cut down those trees with the Tree Axe. As you may know, he nice thing about the Tree Axe is that when you have it, you don't need to have a Pokémon with the move "Cut" to remove these trees. So while you are not yet able to use your Tree Axe, it shouldn't be too long before you will be able to. I hope you have found my explanation helpful

  22. Hello @Adm1ral777, I'm sorry you're encountering problems with the Diancie Quest. According to the Wiki entry about the quest, if the Nosepass stop following you, try leaving the area and then re-entering. Logging out will reset their positions. Please give this a try and let me know if it helps!
