Good day @Ivanchris A couple more questions to try to get this sorted out. What happens when you go to Pinkan Island Cliff? If you are able to see Giovanni, are you able to fight him? I look forward to your response. Regards, Bitterblade

@Vegeta Welcome back! Look forward to seeing you around. Also nice to know that you have grown! -
Good day @Jeremeythefox I appreciate your patience and I apologize for the delay. You're account has been reset with the items (x1 Galar Rapidash Mount, x1 Pikachu Hat, and x1 Vampire Clothes) and coins (70) remaining on the account. With that being said, this brings this thread to a close and I will be locking this thread. I hope that you enjoy your adventure in PRO. If any questions or concerns arise, do not hesitate to reach out. Regards, Bitterblade

Good day @Ivanchris I apologize for the issues you are currently experiencing and will do what I can to get these sorted out. There is a lot to unpack here so I am going to ask you to confirm the major points as listed below. You previously completed the Pinkan Island quest (a few years back) After accidently talking to Officer Jenny in Vermillion City (Post quest completion), quest progress seems to have reset. Upon entering Pinkan Island Forest, the Pinkan Ranger collects your Pokeballs. You are able to get around this via taking the transport car to the Meloetta Dungeon and going towards Pinkan Island Forest. In this way, you keep your Pokeballs and are able to catch Pokemon? As well as confirming the above major points can you provide me with the following screenshots: Interaction with the transport car. Access to the Meloetta Dungeon. Encountering a Pokemon in the Pinkan Island Forest (Showing available Pokeballs in the battle window) Once again, apologies for this inconvenience and I look forward to your response. Regards, Bitterblade

Good day @Asrahan I see, you should no longer need to interact with those computers as the quest is now complete an you are able to successfully teleport. With the topic of this thread now being resolved, I will be locking this thread. Thank you for reaching out and if you have any further questions or concerns do not hesitate to reach out. Regards, Bitterblade

Good Day @Asrahan Glad to hear that you are able to properly use the teleporter now. When you say the 'computer quest', are you referring to the the part of the teleporter quest that involved interacting with the different computers in the Pokemon Centers in Hoenn? Regards, Bitterblade
-
Good Day @Asrahan It appears that the issue has resolved itself but as a check could you confirm that you are in fact able to teleport via the teleporter? Regards, Bitterblade

Good day @Asrahan Oh Wattson's dialogue is different now? Can you get me a screenshot of his new dialogue? A screenshot is important because it shows me specifically the interaction between you and the NPC. Regards, Bitterblade
-
Good day @Asrahan Can you provide me a screenshot of the dialogue that Wattson gives you when you talk to him? I look forward to your response, Bitterblade

Good day @Saylavi The first objective you need to do at this point is reach the main computer. This computer is in the north-eastern room. The barriers that are up can be disabled through defeating the Grunts that are in the area. If you do not see any grunts can you provide screenshots of all the rooms that you are able to access? Finally, you can reference the Wiki page for the Teleporter Quest as a second source of information. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Bitterblade

Good day @Quentite17 When losing to Jackson in the Pokemon School, you no longer have to talk to the reception desk and then Jackson's mother in Pallet Town. Instead of that, no matter if you win or lose, you are able to continue North towards Route 2 to continue your journey into Viridian Forest. Let me know if this has resolved your issues. Regards, Bitterblade

Good day @Chezterb who speaks on behalf of @Asrahan I apologize for the delayed response but wanted to reach out to see if this issue has been resolved. I look forward to your response. Regards, Bitterblade

Good day @Sametreiz2 I see you have now unlocked the electric barrier that was to the east of your original post's screenshot, good deal! The next steps are going to be to battle the 4 new Team Magma and Aqua that are available. The Team Aqua member that follow the barrier that was originally still up is the 1st one. Once you defeat all 4 of the newly available trainers then the electric barrier allowing you to continue North will no longer block you. I hope this message finds you well and I look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Bitterblade
-
Good day @Sametreiz2 Have you found the hidden remote-controller in the room to the left of where this screenshot? If not in the green outlined box in the provided screenshot. This will disable the barriers here and allow you to proceed. Regards, Bitterblade
-
Good day @Sametreiz2 Has the electric barrier on the left side of the room gone down as this NPC no longer disappears. If so are you able to proceed through that path? Regards, Bitterblade

Help in Evolving Level 100 Togepi
Bitterblade replied to Niteshkuwal9's topic in Resolved General Support
Good day @Niteshkuwal9 I apologize for the inconvenience. The happiness evolution mechanic was recently changed to behave like the OG games which requires 160 happiness and a level up to evolve. Although at level 100 you would require the use of a Mysterious Candy; unfortunately, the use of the Mysterious Candy to trigger a happiness based evolution is not yet fixed. This will hopefully be working soon. With that being said, I am also unable to de-level your Pokemon in this matter. This may not have been the answer you were looking for but if you have any further questions or concerns do not hesitate to reach out. Regards, Bitterblade
